Why has the Interstate Ticketing process changed?
Based on the member feedback, the Club wanted to develop a new concept for interstate ticketing that improved the opportunity for members to attend games played in their state. The adaption to an online ticketing concept provides members the ability to access tickets via their My Richmond Account without the need of waiting for approval from previous nomination forms.
What is the ticket limit per member?
Tickets are limited to 1 per member unless communicated otherwise. Guest tickets are subject to availability and members will be advised prior to ticket registration.
How do I secure tickets for a group?
One person from the intended group must be nominated to secure the tickets. Eligible member barcodes of each of the group members will need to be provided during the transaction to successfully secure your tickets. For group bookings of more than 8, members will need to contact the Club directly.
What does Priority 1 mean?
The Priority 1 group for each Interstate game will consist of members who will receive the first opportunity to obtain tickets to the game played in their state. A member will qualify under priority group based on their membership type: e.g. Interstate WA members will have priority access to obtain tickets to games played in WA. Interstate QLD members will have priority access to obtain tickets to games played in QLD, etc.
What does Priority 2 mean?
All interstate members who do not fall in Priority 1 for a match may have the opportunity to secure tickets after the initial Priority 1 allocation. Note, tickets will be subject to availability as allocations may be exhausted at this time and Priority 2 members will be notified accordingly.
Why can’t everyone get a ticket?
Home teams allocate the visiting team (i.e. Richmond) a limited number of reserved seats. Therefore it may be that we (Richmond) have a limited ticket allocation. This will vary dependent on game and venue.
How do I know what priority group I am in?
The Club will communicate which priority group you fall under. This will be done via email or via a letter which will be sent in the mail. Please ensure all your contact details are correct and updated.
When do tickets go on sale?
The Club will communicate on sale dates and times for each priority group via email, SMS and/or letter. Alternatively, you can view the on-sale date and time for each priority group on this page under 2019 Interstate Ticketing.
How do I access tickets?
Members will have the ability to access tickets via My Richmond Account at the time of their priority period. These times will be communicated by the cCub. Members will need to log in to their 'My Richmond Account' using their Account ID and password.
How do I get into the games with my interstate ticket/s?
Members will have the ability to print their own tickets two weeks prior to the game. Tickets will not be available to print immediately. Instead, the Club will advise when tickets can be printed via email and/or SMS.
How do I print my tickets?
Once the Club has communicated when tickets are available to be printed, members can log back into their 'My Richmond Account' to access tickets and print them.
I need more tickets than what I initially ordered, what can I do?
Once you have successfully placed and finalised your ticket order, you will not be able to obtain more seats. Please ensure your ticket numbers are finalised prior to checkout.
I require wheelchair & accessible seating, what do I do?
It is advised members who require accessible seating contact the Club. We will do our best to accommodate such seating otherwise, alternatively, tickets can be purchased through the ticket agent for the stadium.
There are two games played in my state, can I attend both?
Members will be provided the opportunity to attend one game played in their state as part of their membership entitlements. Members residing in the state the game is played in who have been unsuccessful in the first game, will have the opportunity to receive a pre-priority access to obtaining tickets to the second game played in their state.
