HOW DO I GET INTO GAMES WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Swipe your membership card at the turnstiles to gain admission into the ground. Your admission into a game is relevant to the membership you purchase, should you hold a home game membership, you can only scan into home games in Melbourne. General admission is subject to capacity.
WHERE DO I SIT WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
Home and home and away Access membership holders can sit anywhere in general admission. General admission areas and availability are subject to change, depending on tickets sales each game. Richmond reserved seat members must sit in their allocated seat printed on the back of their membership card at home games.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Membership cards are non-transferable, this means that only the member whose name is printed on the back of the card can use the membership entitlements.
DO I HAVE TO PURCHASE A TICKET FOR MY CHILDREN TO GAIN ENTRY INTO A MATCH?
Children aged 5 and under as of January 1, 2017 are entitled to enter the ground free of charge; however they must not occupy a seat (sit on lap of parent/guardian).
DOES MY MEMBERSHIP GUARANTEE ME ENTRY INTO EVERY MATCH?
A 'fully ticketed' game or 'sell out' is a match where every patron attending must have a reserved seat. For a Richmond home game, members with annual reserved seating can scan their membership card at the turnstiles and sit in their seat. All members without reserved seating will need to purchase a seat through Ticketek/Ticketmaster, subject to capacity, to gain entry. General admission access members can upgrade to a seat by submitting their barcode to the relevant ticketing agency, at the cost of the seat only.
The AFL announces that a game will be fully ticketed/sell out. Latest information about upcoming matches is published on the Richmond website www.richmondfc.com.au, AFL website www.afl.com.au and in Tiger Alert emails or Ticketek/Ticketmaster websites.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A TICKETED AND NON TICKETED MEMBERSHIP?
Ticketed memberships gain entry into the games. These include Access Home and Access Home and Away game memberships for Juniors, Concession, Adults and Families, both with and without a reserved seat. As well as Country/Interstate, AFL Club Support and MCC Tiger membership holders.
Non ticketed memberships do not give access into the games, these include, Baby Tiger, Tiger Toddler, Brando's Buddies and Coaches Crew members.
CAN I BRING A NON MEMBER INTO A MATCH WITH MY MEMBERSHIP?
While a member can enter through the turnstiles with their membership card, a non member must purchase a daily general admission ticket. A non member is unable to sit in a Richmond reserved seat area. A reserved seat member can sit with their friend in general admission area (subject to availability) and let their reserved seat be vacant for that game.
