HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?
Becoming a member has never been easier! You can also become a member on game day at the MCG by finding us in the Richmond membership marquees located at Gates 3 and 5.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
We accept all VISA and MasterCard, Cheque, Money Orders and Cash. Payments can be made over the phone, at the Tigerland Superstore located at the club and on game-day at the membership marquees located at gates 3 and 5 at the MCG for all Richmond home and away games in 2019.
WHAT IS THE COMMITTED TIGER PAYMENT PLAN?
The Committed Tiger Payment Plan allows 2019 Richmond members to pay their membership annually over a 10 month instalment plan. This option applies to all membership categories at no extra cost. Instalments are deducted on the 1st of each month from November 1, 2018 to August 1, 2019. Your membership will provide you with automatic renewal for the following season.
HOW DO I USE MY MEMBERSHIP?
Once you've received your membership card, all you have to do is bring it along with you on game day and scan at the turnstiles to gain entry! If you are a reserved seat member you will have access to a specific seat or bay, as stated on your membership card. General admission members can access any of the general admission bays as indicated on game day by the MCG staff.
General admission members also have the ability to upgrade to a reserved seat for individual games through Ticketmaster or Ticketek using your 12 digit membership barcode at a discounted rate.
CAN I PURCHASE A RESERVED SEAT FOR ONE OFF GAMES THROUGHOUT THE SEASON?
Richmond is unable to sell seats to individual matches throughout the season - for individual ticketing Richmond supporters/members can purchase seats to games through Ticketek (MCG) on 132 849 Ticketmaster (Marvel Stadium) on 1300 136 122.
Richmond Access Home and Access Home & Away game members, can quote the 12 digit barcode number on the back of the membership card, to upgrade to a reserved seat for all home games in Melbourne for a better match day experience at a discounted rate.
WHAT IS MY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER?
Your membership number or account ID is a unique 7 digit number located on the back of your membership card that corresponds to your account on the club database.
WHAT IS MY BARCODE NUMBER?
Your membership barcode is a 12 digit number located on the back of your membership card. Your barcode is required when upgrading to a reserved seat through Ticketmaster or Ticketek. Please note that your barcode number will change each season when you are issued a new card. Please note, this is not your membership number.
HOW IS AN ACCESS MEMBERSHIP DIFFERENT TO A NON-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP?
Access memberships consist of a 12 digit barcode located on the back of the membership card that allows you to gain entry into games throughout the season. Access membership card holders also receive priority access to purchasing finals tickets if Richmond is participating. Non-access membership cards do not consist of a 12-digit barcode and do not enable game day access or the ability to purchase priority finals tickets if Richmond is participating.
CAN SOMEONE ELSE USE MY MEMBERSHIP CARD?
Membership cards are non-transferable which means that only the name of the member printed on the membership card is entitled to use it and receive member entitlements.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY MEMBERHSIP PACK TO ARRIVE?
All 2019 Richmond memberships purchased before November 30, 2018 are expected to arrive before Christmas. Memberships purchased in December will arrive in mailboxes in mid-late January. Memberships purchased after this date are expected to arrive within 10-12 business days.
CAN I PURCHASE A MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT?
Yes however please note, memberships must be purchased in the recipient’s name. Additional details that are required include the recipient’s address, contact number, email and date of birth.
I AM AN AFL CLUB SUPPORT MEMBER, WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
By nominating Richmond as your club of support, you will be regarded as an official member of the club and directly contribute a proportion from your membership fee. As a result, you will continue to receive all club communications and your years of support as part of the membership reward and recognition program will remain.
WHAT IS THE JUNIOR AND CONCESSION POLICY?
- Persons aged 15 and over as at 1 January in the current year are classified as an adult, unless they hold valid Concession identification.
- A person must have the appropriate form of concession to purchase a concession ticket. They must present the relevant concession documentation at point of purchase and upon entry to the ground. A second form of identification (eg drivers licence, Medicare card, credit card) may be requested when purchasing or utilising a concession ticket to verify the concession entitlement.
- Patrons holding one of the following cards are eligible to purchase a ticket at the concession rate:
- Centrelink issued: Pensioner Concession Card (PCC)*
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs card or Department of Veterans’ Affairs issued Pensioner Concession Card*
- Full time secondary or tertiary student cards**
- Centrelink issued: Health Care Card (HCC)*
*Primary cardholder only (not dependents) is entitled to the concession price.
** Does not include International Student cards
WHAT IS THE COMPANION CARD POLICY?
The AFL is an affiliate of the Companion Card program that exists in some states. It agrees to provide an admission ticket for the cardholder’s companion or carer at no charge. This includes a reserved seat if a seat is purchased by the person requiring a carer. Companion cards must be shown before purchase).
HOW MANY CHILDREN CAN I HAVE ON MY FAMILY MEMBERSHIP?
Family General Admission Home, Home-and-Away memberships may only consist of up to 4 juniors (members under the age of 15 as of January 1, 2019) and 2 adults.
Please note for Reserved Seat and Country Interstate memberships may only consist of 2 juniors (members under the age of 15) and 2 adults.
I HAVE LOST MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, WHAT NOW?
If you have lost or had your membership card stolen please contact our friendly membership team to organise a replacement card. Sole reprints will be provided complimentary.
I HAVE FORGOTTEN MY MEMBERSHIP CARD, HOW DO I ACCESS THE GAME?
Unfortunately we cannot replace tickets when membership cards are not brought to the game. Members will need to purchase a ticket at their own cost to gain access to the game.
WHY DON’T I RECEIVE YOUR EMAILS?
You may not receive our emails for the following reasons:
- You have unsubscribed from our emails or you have unsubscribed from a particular subscription.
- You may need to update your email address on our database
If you have unsubscribed from our emails or from a subscription/s you can view and edit your subscription list as well as via your MYRICHMOND Account. If you need to update or edit your email address, you can also do so via logging into your MYRICHMOND Account.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY CREDIT CARD OR PERSONAL DETAILS?
