All Richmond Football Club members are bound by the Constitutional Documents of the Richmond Football Club Ltd ACN 005 563 011 (Club / we).
(a) In addition, these Richmond Football Club Membership Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions) apply to all our:
i. Club AFL Memberships for the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season; and
ii. Club AFLW Memberships for the 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.
(b) By purchasing a Club Membership (including a renewal), you as a member agree to these Terms & Conditions (including the Members Code of Conduct at clause 14) which form an agreement between the Club and you.
You must complete and submit a Club Membership Application for the purchase of any Club Membership (except for a Club Membership as a Life Member).
If you are successful in your Club Membership Application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation for the relevant Club Membership Fee electronically within 7 Business Days.
The Club reserves its right not to accept any Club Membership Application in its absolute discretion.
Your Club Membership commences on the date of receipt by the Club of your Club Membership Fee and ends on 31st October 2027, unless suspended or terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (Term).
Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone or online in accordance with the instructions of the Club.
For Members who have agreed to the Tiger Pay Payment Plan under clause 9.2, their Club Membership will automatically renew for the following year (provided that the Club has provided the Member with written notice in accordance with clause 9.2.6) unless they opt out under clause 9.2.5.
(a) For new and renewing Members of a Club AFL Membership, you may select a:
i. Digital Club Membership Card; and/or
ii. Club Membership Card up until 31st August 2027.
(b) If you select a:
i. Digital Club Membership Card, this will be available to download on the Club App prior to the commencement of the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season; and
ii. Club Membership Card, this will be issued within a reasonable period from the date of first payment of the relevant Club Membership provided payment occurs prior to 31st August 2027.
(c) For new and renewing Members of a Club AFLW Membership, you will receive a Digital Club Membership Card. Digital Club Membership card will be available to download on the Club App prior to the commencement of the 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.
(d) The delivery of your selected Fulfilment Package will be issued within a reasonable period for the date of first payment of the relevant Club Membership provided payment is made prior to 31st August 2027.
(a) For the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season, Members may select their Fulfilment Package (and purchase any additional merchandise) by accessing Richmond Member Rewards until 31st August 2027. Members may select from a range of fulfilment items up to a specified credit limit which is attributable to the particular Club Membership type.
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, Members cannot select their Fulfilment Package after 31st August 2027.
(c) Club Membership Cards and Fulfilment Packages may be issued separately.
The Reserved Seat Memberships are as follows:
i. Premiership Circle Home – Olympic Stand;
ii. Premiership Circle Home & Away – Olympic Stand;
iii. Premiership Circle Balcony Home;
iv. Premiership Circle Balcony Home & Away;
v. Punt Road Undercover Home;
vi. Punt Road Undercover Home & Away;
vii. Punt Road Boundary Home;
viii. Punt Road Boundary Home & Away;
ix. Punt Road Family Home;
x. Punt Road Family Home & Away;
xi. MCC Tiger Access – 1 AFL Home Game at Marvel Stadium; and
xii. MCC Tiger Provisional Access - 1 AFL Home Game at Marvel Stadium,
(Reserved Seat Memberships).
(b) For Reserved Seat Memberships, you receive:
i.an allocated reserved seat for the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season in your name (Reserved Seat); and
ii. any other benefits associated with your specific Reserved Seat Membership package (for example, guaranteed access to 2027 Toyota AFL Grand Final, game day access to Maurice Rioli Club).
(c) Entry to the Venue and your Reserved Seat will be provided via your Digital Club Membership Card or Club Membership Card.
(a) The Reserved Bays Club Memberships are as follows:
i. Jacks Club;
ii. Legends Club;
iii. Richmond Executive;
iv. Club XIII;
v. 3121;
vi. Premiership Circle Home – Shane Warne Stand;
vii. Premiership Circle Home & Away – Shane Warne Stand;
viii. Premiership Circle Home – Ponsford Stand; and
ix. Premiership Circle Home & Away – Ponsford Stand,
(Reserved Bay Memberships).
(b) For Reserved Bay Memberships, you receive:
i. a location to a reserved bay for the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season in your name (Reserved Bay); and
ii. any other benefits associated with your specific Reserved Bay Membership package.
(c) Access to the Venue and your Reserved Bay will be provided via your Digital Club Membership Card or Club Membership Card.
(d) If the Club considers, acting reasonably, that a high number of Members will be attending a home game or that the game will be fully ticketed (High Attendance Game), the Club will determine, acting reasonably, access to your Reserved Bay at each home game which will be communicated to you prior to each game.
(a) The General Admission Memberships are as follows:
i. Roaming Tiger Home;
ii. Roaming Tiger Home & Away;
iii. Roaming Tiger – 5 AFL Home Game;
iv. Access Home;
v. Access Home & Away;
vi. Country - 5 AFL Home Game;
vii. MCC Tiger Provisional Access – 3 AFL Home Game;
viii. Tiger/ International Insider - 3 AFL Home Game;
ix. Dreamtime;
x. Blockbuster;
xi. Blockbuster Bundle;
xii. Flexi 2;
xiii. The Alannah and Madeline Foundation;
xiv. VWFL;
xv. Wheelchair Football;
xvi. Tiger Conservation
xvii. AFLW; and
xviii. AFLW Coterie;
(General Admission Memberships).
(b) For the General Admission Memberships listed in clause 3.1.3(a):
i. additional fees and charges may apply;
ii. Members’ access to games is not guaranteed; and
iii. access is subject to capacity, and you may need to reserve a seat at the Venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket Agencies will charge a booking fee which is payable by the Member.
iv. General Admission Members will have the ability to purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) comply with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.
(c) In addition, for the following General Admission Memberships:
i, Roaming Tiger Home;
ii. Roming Tiger Home & Away;
iii. Roaming Tiger – 5 AFL Home Game; and
iv. Country – 5 AFL Home Game,
reserving a seat in the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG will be on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability.
(d) The process for registering reserved seats under clause 3.1.3(c) will be communicated to those Members prior to the commencement of the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
(e) Members with access to the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG will have the ability to purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) comply with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.
(a) The interstate Club Memberships are as follows:
i. Interstate; and
ii. 3121 Interstate,
(Interstate Club Memberships)
(b) For the Interstate Club Memberships:
i. additional fees and charges may apply;
ii. Members’ access to games is not guaranteed.
iii. access is subject to capacity, and you will need to register your interest in:
(A) reserving a seat at the relevant Venue in the State or Territory that the Member resides on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability; or
(B) reserving a seat in the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability.
(c) The process for registering for served seats under clause 3.1.4(b)(iii)(B) will be communicated to those Members prior to the commencement of the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
(a) The non-access Club Memberships are:
i. Baby Tiger;
ii. Tiger Toddler;
iii. Rookies;
iv. Digital Tiger;
v. International Supporter;
vi. MCC Tiger Pack;
vii. Tiger Supporter;
viii. AFLW Supporter; and
ix. Maurice Rioli Club (add-on),
(Non-Access Club Memberships)
(b) For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Access Memberships do not provide for access to games.
Family Membership for access Members consists of two adults and up to four children (under 18 years as at 1st January 2027. Family Membership for Reserved Seat Members and Country Interstate Members, consists of two adults and up to two children (under 18 years as at 1st January 2027). Any additional children:
(a) under 15 years will be required to purchase an individual Junior Membership; and
(b) over 15 years will be required to purchase a Club Membership (excluding a Junior Membership).
(a) To be eligible for a Junior Membership, children must be under 15 years as of 1st January 2027.
(b) Children over 5 years will need to obtain a Junior Access Membership if they wish to be eligible to purchase tickets to 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
(c) When applying for or renewing a Junior Membership, you may need to provide to the Club proof of age identification (eg copy of birth certificate or passport).
(a) To be eligible for a Youth Membership, you must be under 18 years and above 14 years as at 1st January 2027.
(b) When applying for or renewing a Youth Membership, you may need to provide to the Club proof of age identification (eg copy of birth certificate or passport).
(a) People living more than 100km (as determined in accordance with Australia Post postcode data) from the Melbourne CBD are eligible for a Country Membership.
(b) When applying for or renewing a Country Membership, you must provide to the Club proof of residency (for example, a copy of your rates notice or a utilities bill) to verify your address. PO Box addresses will not be accepted without supporting documentation.
(a) Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2027.
(b) When applying for or renewing your Club Membership as a student, you must provide to the Club a photocopy of your 2027 student card or a stamped and/or receipted 2027 enrolment form from your education institution.
(a) Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2027 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Health Care, Health Benefit card will not be accepted.
(b) When applying or renewing your Club Membership as a pensioner, you must provide to the Club a photocopy of your 2027 pensioner concession card. Pensioner concession cards must be valid for the duration of the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership season and/or 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.
(a) The Club is a national affiliate of the Companion Card Program, and the Club will provide an admission ticket to the holder of a Companion Card at no charge.
(b) When requesting an admission ticket as a Companion Card holder, you must provide a copy of the Companion Card to the Club.
(c) This does not classify the Companion as a Member and only provides game or event day access. To be classed as a Member, and receive the associated membership benefits, the Companion must purchase the Tiger Supporter Membership.
(a) Each Member’s access to the 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series games will be determined in accordance with their respective Club Membership category and corresponding benefits. Please refer to the terms of your Club Membership for further details.
(b) The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series games should the Club be participating in one or more games in the 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series.
4.1 Reserved Seat Membership benefits and fee
4.1.1 Reserved Seat Membership Fee
a) To receive the benefits of the Reserved Seat Membership, you must pay a Club Membership Fee to the Club in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (Reserved Seat Membership Fee).
b) Payment of the Reserved Seat Membership Fee entitles you to:
to assist with that major change. The Club will contact Members prior to any change.
5.1 Reserved Bay Membership benefits and fee
5.1.1 Payment of Reserved Bay Membership Fee
a) To receive the benefits of the Reserved Bays Membership, you must pay a Club Membership Fee in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (Reserved Bay Membership Fee).
b) Payment of the Reserved Bay Membership Fee entitles you to:
c) The Reserved Seat Membership Fee must be paid either:
5.2 Reserved Bay areas
Subject to clause 3.1.1 (c), in the Reserved Bay areas, only Reserved Bay Members and their guests can access their Reserved Seat.
5.3 No daily seat sales
a) Subject to clause 3.1.1 (c) and clauses 7.4 and 7.5, daily seat sales are not available for Reserved Bay areas and All Reserved Bay Memberships purchased through the Club are for the entire 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.
b) A Member of a Reserved Bay Membership may purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) complies with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.
5.4 Staff Assistance
If a Member cannot find a seat within the allocated Reserved Bay areas, staff assistance can be sought to find a seat within the Reserved Bays. If no seats are available for a particular game as the Venue is at full capacity, the Club may, in its discretion, provide a partial refund of the Club Membership to the Member.
6.1 Grand Final Guarantee Memberships
a) The following Club Memberships include the guaranteed right to purchase a ticket to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final:
b) To receive the benefits of a Grand Final Guarantee Membership, your Club Membership Fee must be paid in full by 1st August 2027.
6.2 Maurice Rioli Club
a) Members with a Maurice Rioli Club Membership must hold an eligible access Club Membership from one of the following Club Memberships:
b) Your Maurice Rioli Club Membership can only guarantee you the right to purchase a ticket to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final (subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final) for one Eligible Access Membership. If you hold a Maurice Rioli Club Membership as part of your Eligible Access Membership and a Grand Final Guarantee Membership, you are still only eligible to purchase one ticket to the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final (subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2026 Toyota AFL Grand Final).
6.3 AFL Club Support Members
a) AFL Club Support Members with an AFL Gold Membership must purchase tickets to the 2027 Toyota AFL Grand Final through the AFL Membership on-sale and are not able to register in the Club’s ballot for tickets to the 2027 Toyota AFL Grand Final (Grand Final Ballot).
b)AFL Club Support Members with an AFL Silver Membership are able to register in the Club’s Grand Final Ballot using their AFL Silver Membership. However, any Member who does so will forfeit their right to purchase in the AFL Membership on-sale.
7.1 Prohibition on transfer
Subject to clauses 7.4 and 7.5 or obtaining the prior written consent of the Club, Club Membership Cards, Digital Membership Cards and associated benefits under the Club Membership and Reserved Seat tickets are for personal use only and may not be lent, transferred or sold to another person under any circumstances. For example, Club Membership Cards, Digital Membership Cards and Reserved Seat tickets must not be:
a) advertised for sale or on-sold to another person (including via on-line auction sites or unauthorised reseller sites);
b) used for advertising, promotion, fundraising or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions); or
c) used to enhance the demand for other goods or services of a person or business, either by the original purchasing Member or any subsequent bearer.
7.2 Breach of transfer prohibition
If a Member breaches clause 7.1:
a) the Club reserves its rights to suspend or terminate the Member’s Club Membership without a refund under clause 12; and/or
b) the Reserved Seat ticket may be cancelled without a refund, and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
7.3 Verification of identity
Members are obliged to show their Club Membership Card or Digital Membership Card and a second form of identification to verify their identity if requested by staff of the Venue or the Club on a game day.
7.4 Lease of Reserved Seat
a) The Club may from time to time implement a program to enable Members to lease their Reserved Seats to other nominated persons for a specified game during the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (Lease Your Seat Program).
b) Members who participate in the Lease Your Seat Program must comply with the terms and conditions specified by the Club for the Lease Your Seat Program.
7.5 Forward of Reserved Seat
Reserved Seat Members may forward their Reserved Seats to other nominated persons for a specified game during the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season subject to any terms and conditions specified by the Club or a Ticket Agent.
8.1 AFL Members
AFL Members may nominate an AFL Club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series. AFL Members who have nominated the Club may purchase a Reserved Seat Membership upgrade.
8.2 MCC Members
MCC Members may purchase an AFL Club upgrade via the MCC and by doing so consent to the MCC providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the Toyota AFL Finals Series. MCC Members who have purchased a Richmond MCC Membership may purchase a Reserved Seat Membership upgrade, 3121 or Maurice Rioli Club Membership at a discounted rate.
8.3 Auskick Junior and SuperKick Members
Auskick Junior and Superkick Members may nominate an AFL Club of choice and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series. Auskick Junior and Superkick Members who have selected the Club will receive General Admission access to 4 AFL home games.
9.1 Payment options
9.1.1 Payment up front or via direct debit
You must pay your Club Membership Fee Donation either by :
a) an upfront payment in full (Upfront Full Payment); or
b) direct debit on a payment plan (Tiger Pay Payment Plan) being either:
9.1.2 Upfront Full Payment
a) Your Upfront Full Payment of the Club Membership Fee can be paid to the Club via any one of the following methods: debit or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX), cheque, cash or EFTPOS (Payment Method).
b) You acknowledge and agree that if you pay the Upfront Full Payment via the Club Website, then your Club Membership will automatically be placed on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan. Members can opt out of this arrangement at any time under this clause 9.
9.2 Payment by instalments on Tiger Pay Payment Plan
9.2.1 Direct debit
By agreeing to the Tiger Pay Payment Plan in these Terms & Conditions, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your financial institution account via your nominated Payment Method in amounts and at intervals specified in clauses 9.2.2 and 9.2.3.
9.2.2 Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Upfront
9.2.3 Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Monthly
9.2.4 Automatic renewal
For all Members who are on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan, they authorise the Club to automatically renew their Club Membership for the following year and debit the relevant Club Membership Fee, in accordance with the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the following year. For Members who:
paid the full amount of the Club Membership Fee upfront, the relevant Club Membership Fee will be debited on 15th October 2027;
are on the 7-month plan, 5-month plan or 3-month plan, your Club Membership will revert to the full 10-month plan with the first instalment debited on 20th October 2027; or
are on the 2-month plan, your Club Membership Fee will be debited on 15th October 2027.
9.2.5 Opt out of automatic renewal
Subject to clause 11.4, Members may opt out of the Tiger Pay Payment Plan prior to their first instalment payment for the following year as communicated by the Club in writing by notifying the Membership Team either in writing or via email - membership@richmondfc.com.au. All outstanding payments must be completed at the time of opting out. Where notice is received by the Club prior to the first instalment payment for the following year, there will be no automatic renewal of the Club Membership.
9.2.6 Automatic renewal reminder and any changes to terms and fees
Members will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing (ie by email, sms or mail) of the automatic renewal of Club Membership(s) under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the following year. In particular, the Club will advise of any changes in the Club Membership entitlements, the amount of their Club Membership Fee and these Terms & Conditions for the following year.
9.2.7 Other payment terms
9.2.8 Bank fees
If your Upfront Full Payment or Tiger Pay Payment Plan payment is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, the Club will contact you requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable to you.
9.2.9 Account details
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
9.2.10 Suspension or termination by the Club
The Club may suspend or terminate your Club Membership if, on 2 consecutive occasions, your drawing is dishonoured by your financial institution. We will provide you with reasonable prior written notice of any suspension or cancellation of your Club Membership, including your Tiger Pay Payment Plan. Please note that at least 24 hours will be needed to reinstate your Club Membership, once the correct payment is received.
9.2.11 Suspension or cancellation of Tiger Pay Plan payments by Members
During the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season, a Member on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan may at any time suspend or cancel their payments which will suspend or cancel the Club Membership by contacting the Membership Team on (03) 9429 5333 and putting their request in writing to membership@richmondfc.com.au.
9.2.12 No game access
If your Club Membership is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to gain access to any games via your Club Membership during the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (and the 2027 Toyota AFL Finals Series) or the 2027 NAB AFLW Premiership Season (and the 2027 NAB AFLW Finals Series).
9.2.13 Withdrawal error
If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Membership Team on (03) 9429 5333. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for withdrawing.
10.1 Inclusive pricing
Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable levy charged by the Venue.
11.1 General policy
Subject to this clause 11 and a person’s rights at law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Club Membership Fees are non-‑refundable.
11.2 Change of mind cancellation and refunds
11.2.1 Cancellations for change of mind
A person may terminate their Club Membership at any time due a “change of mind” by notifying the Club in writing or cancelling their Tiger Pay Payment Plan in accordance with clause 9.2.12 (Change of Mind Cancellation).
11.2.2 Refunds
Requests for refunds following a Change of Mind Cancellation must be made in writing to the Club's Head of Membership. Subject to clause 11.4, any refunds of Club Membership Fees are at the sole discretion of the Club. However, no refund will be issued by the Club for:
11.2.3 Termination of AFL Club Memberships - Administration Fees
11.3 Termination of AFLW Club Memberships - Administration Fees
Should a refund be granted by the Club under clause 11.2, the following Administration Fees will be payable depending on the timing of the cancellation of the AFLW Club Membership. If a person cancels their AFLW Club Membership under this clause:
11.4 Force Majeure Event
11.4.1 Impact of Force Majeure Events
If the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and/or the 2026 NAB AFLW Premiership Season is suspended, modified or cancelled and/or the patron capacity at Venues is limited or modified due to any Force Majeure Event which results in Members of.
having reduced or varied game access, subject to law, the Club will provide appropriate substitute benefits of equal value to the benefits impacted by the Force Majeure Event to the Member as determined by the Club acting reasonably or offer an alternative remedy to the Member as determined by the Club acting reasonably.
12.1 Breach by a Member
The Club reserves its right to suspend (for a period reasonably determined by the Club) or terminate a Member's Club Membership without a refund where that member has breached a material term of these Terms & Conditions.
If the Club suspends or cancels a Member’s Club Membership under clause12.1(a), the Club will not be liable to that member for any claim or loss.
13.1 Club Memberships
If a Club Membership is:

Members must comply with the Club’s Members’ Code of Conduct which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
14.2 Members Code of Conduct
14.2.1 Purpose
The Club is committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, inclusive, and family-friendly environment in relation to all of its activities. In order to protect the image and reputation of the Club, the Constitution of the Club entrusts the Club’s Board with the responsibility to establish a Members Code of Conduct.
Accordingly, the Club has adopted the following Code of Conduct for the benefit of its members, supporters, and the wider AFL community. In accordance with the Constitution, Members are bound by this Code of Conduct and if found to be in breach, may face disciplinary action (including termination of their Club Membership).
14.2.2 Member conduct requirements
Consistent with the values of the Club, all Members are required:
a) to conduct themselves towards the Club, its players, staff and others in ways that are respectful to all, lawful and in the spirit of the game;
b) in relation to games, social media channels and events or when dealing with others to refrain from:
c) to comply with the terms of entry at any Venue in relation to any Club games or other Club activities;
d) to manage individual alcohol consumption, ensuring intake does not lead to inappropriate social behaviour during a game or event; and
e) to conduct themselves in a manner that does not damage (or have the potential to damage) the reputation of the Club, its members, or supporters.
14.2.3 Report anti-social behaviour
The Club encourages its Members to report any anti-social behaviour through the following channels:
15.1 Comply with rules of Venues
Members must adhere to all conditions of entry, rules and restrictions imposed by the Venues (or the AFL) attended by the Member (Venue Rules) including the following:
Health and safety
You acknowledge, even with rigorous capacity and control measures in place at games, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness at a game and you have considered that risk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that of persons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at a game. By attending a game, you (and any persons who attend the game with you) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks.
16.1 Replacement card
If a Club Membership Card is lost or stolen, please contact our Membership Team on (03) 9429 5333 and the Club will then issue a replacement Club Membership Card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club from time to time).
17.1 Right to vote
All Members who are 18 years and over and have the Club Memberships (with access rights) specified in clause 3.1 will receive full voting rights in accordance with the Club’s Constitution.

We may use your Personal Information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Club and you consent to us (or our third party providers acting on our behalf):
a) communicating with you via email, SMS, social media or telephone to promote our Club Memberships, offers and promotions or other products and services (including advising you about other products and services that you may be interested in); and
b) promoting the products and services of our sponsors through marketing campaigns coordinated by us via email, SMS, social media or telephone.

By applying for and purchasing a Club Membership, you agree and confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this clause and the Privacy Policy.
20.1 Statutory rights as a consumer
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy, or any warranty or guarantee which may be implied or imposed by any legislation (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited by agreement (including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).
20.2 Limitation of liability
20.2.1 Limited liability of Club
Subject to your rights at law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Club’s liability for any claim, action, proceeding or dispute, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise under on in connection with these Terms & Conditions is limited to one or more of the following at the Club’s option:
in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or
in the case of services, the supplying of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.
20.2.2 No indirect or consequential liability
The Club nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents will not be liable to any Member for any special, indirect, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity) arising from or in relation to their Club Membership and these Terms & Conditions.
21.1 Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Club may from time to time, where reasonably necessary or if required due to a change in law, change these Terms & Conditions. If the Club changes these Terms & Conditions, you will be bound by those changes, unless you choose to cancel your Club Membership under clause 11.2.
21.2 No increase of fees or changes of benefits
However, the Club represents that it will not during the Term:

Any clause of these Terms and Conditions will be read down to the extent necessary to prevent that clause or these Terms and Conditions being unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable. If it is not possible to read down a clause, any part of, or all of, the clause that is unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses continue in force.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria.
