2027 Tiger Pay Competition: Terms and Conditions

1. Application of Terms & Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms & Conditions) into the Richmond Football Club Tiger Pay Renewal Incentive promotion (Promotion). Other published information on how to enter, advertising material and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into the Promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the individual (entrant).
2. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Richmond Football Club Ltd ABN 25 679 793 340 of Punt Road Oval, Richmond, Victoria 3121 (Premises), membership@richmondfc.com.au / (03) 9429 5333 (Promoter / RFC / Richmond Football Club).
3. Nature of Promotion: This is a membership renewal competition where those who renew or sign up for a 2027 RFC Membership and are on Tiger Pay Payment Plan (which allows for automatic rollover), prior to 1 November 2026 are eligible to enter the draw to win an interstate trip to watch a 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season home or away match of their choice.
4. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences on 1 September 2026 at 9:00am AEST and ends on 31 October 2026 at 11:59pm AEST (Promotional Period).
5. Receipt of entries: All entries must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotional Period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible, indecipherable or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

6. Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, each entrant must be:

(a) a resident of Australia;

(b) 18 years and older at the time of entry;

(c) a financial member of a 2027 RFC membership; and

(d) on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2027 RFC Membership and have made a payment (whether in full or by instalment) for their 2027 RFC Membership prior to the end of the Promotional Period.

7. Exclusions: Employees of RFC and their immediate family members are excluded from entering the Promotion.

8. Definitions 2027:

(a) 2027 RFC Membership means a membership of the RFC which is subject to 2027 RFC Membership Terms & Conditions (https://membership.richmondfc....); and

(b) Tiger Pay Payment Plan means the direct debit payment plan (whether monthly or upfront) for the payment of a 2027 RFC Membership.

9. Verification: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity and place of residence). Suitable proof of identification, residency and entry is at the discretion of the Promoter.

10. Tiger Pay Payment Plan – Automatic Renewal: Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that if they enter into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2027 RFC Membership as part of this Promotion, that upon renewal of the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2028 RFC Membership the amount of their membership fee will be automatically debited to the RFC for the 2028 renewal term unless the entrant advises the RFC otherwise by opting out of renewing via their Tiger Pay

Payment Plan. Entrants on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing of their automatic renewal of their membership fee under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the 2028 renewal term. Entrants may also opt out at any time by contacting RFC membership team on (03) 9429 5333 or membership@richmondfc.com.au. Refer to RFC Membership Terms & Conditions for opt out information.

11. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (e.g. tampered with the entry process). The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

12. How to enter: To enter each Promotion, entrants must be a financial member with a 2027 RFC membership on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan before or by the end of the Promotional Period. Entrants can sign up as a member online via membership.richmondfc.com.au, via email to membership@richmondfc.com.au or by calling the Club on (03) 9429 5333. Existing members can request to be put on Tiger Pay Payment Plan by calling the RFC on (03) 9429 5333.

13. Entry limit: Entry is limited to one per member per entry.

14. Prize(s): The prize includes an interstate travel experience for one (1) winner and one (1) guest to attend a Richmond Football Club home or away match during the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season of their choice. The prize includes:

(a) two (2) return flights to the selected interstate destination;

(b) two (2) nights’ accommodation for the winner and their guest;

(c) an Uber voucher to assist with transportation costs between the airport and accommodation (return); and

(d) two (2) tickets to the selected Richmond Football Club match (which excludes any matches during the finals series).

15. The selected match, travel dates, flights, accommodation and ticketing arrangements are subject to availability and approval by RFC. The prize does not include any additional expenses incurred by the winner or guest, including but not limited to meals, travel insurance, personal expenses or any costs outside those specifically listed above.

16. Prize value: The total prize pool is valued at $2,000.

17. Prize draw: The winner will be determined by using a random generator. The draw will take place at 100 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, Victoria 3002 on Wednesday 4 November 2026 (Prize Draw Date).

18. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.

19. Notification of winner(s): The winner will be notified by phone or email (using the contact details on their RFC membership account) within 2 days of the Prize Draw Date and the prize will be organised after the winner has confirmed their details and once the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership season fixture is released.

20. Publication of winner(s): The name of winner will be published on www.membership.richmondfc.com.au within 2 days of the Prize Draw Date.

21. Unclaimed Prize(s): Despite every reasonable effort taken by the Promoter to contact the winner, if a Prize remains unclaimed by 7 days after the Prize Draw Date:

(a) the Prize will be forfeited by that winner, and the Promoter will notify the person of the forfeiture via direct email; and

(b) the Promoter may conduct a re-draw at 100 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, Victoria on Monday 16 November 2026. Any winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by phone or email and their details published on membership.richmondfc.com.au within 2 days of the unclaimed prize draw date.

22. Final decision: The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision for the Prize(s) in the Promotions is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

23. Substitution of Prize(s): In the event that a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) in its discretion with an alternative prize (or part of the prize) to similar monetary value, subject to any written directions given by government gaming departments.

24. Additional costs: The Prize(s) do not include travel insurance, visas, spending money, all meals and beverages, and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize(s).] These are the responsibility of the winner(s).

25. Non-transferable: All Prize(s)s must be taken as offered. The Prize(s), or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

26. Prize values: Prize values are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

27. Tax liabilities: Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.

28. Additional conditions: It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner(s) must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize(s) and the Prize supplier’s requirements. For those Prizes that are in the form of:

(a) Ticket: redemption and use of that Prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the ticket, voucher or pass by the service provider. The Promoter will not be liable for any ticket, voucher or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way;

(b) Travel: The interstate match included in the prize will be selected once the 2027 Toyota AFL Premiership Season fixture has been released and agreed upon by RFC and the prize winner. Following confirmation of the selected match, the winner will be advised of the travel dates, departure point, destination, accommodation arrangements, mode and class of travel, match details, inclusions, and any applicable restrictions. Once the travel booking has been finalised by the Promoter (prize fulfilment), the winner will receive their final travel itinerary, including accommodation confirmation, transfer details (if applicable), and any additional terms, conditions, or travel information relevant to the prize.

29. Lost entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

30. Internet costs: Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website or any other promotional website or social media platform is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

31. Limitation of liability:

(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion, including the Prize(s).

(b) Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), the Promoter, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize(s) (Loss), including but not limited to:

(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(iv) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

(v) any tax liability incurred by any winner;

(vi) any participation or use of any Prize(s);

(vii) any Loss caused by, or contributed to, by the entrant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or

(viii) any liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.

(c) Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.

32. Force majeure: If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to:

(d) war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster;

(e) acts of God including fire, lightning, earthquake, explosions, flood, subsidence or other natural disaster;

(f) war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or acts of terrorism;

(g) strikes, lock outs, bans or industrial disputes of any kind (not related solely to the party affected);

(h) epidemics, pandemics biological contamination or public health emergency or any resulting governmental action including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;

(i) acts, directives, orders, laws or regulations of any government or government agency or authority;

(j) computer disruption due to the effects of a virus or other malicious code or equipment malfunction which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; or

(k) the modification, suspension or termination of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season,

the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

33. Protecting Personal Information: The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of the entrants’ personal information.

34. Type of Personal Information: During the entry process, entrants provide information that identifies them such as name, email address, postal address, date of birth, mobile telephone number and postcode (Personal Information).

35. Use of Personal Information: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Information provided for the following purposes:

(a) processing the entrant’s entry, including entering the entrant into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan;

(b) communicating with the entrants about the Promotion;

(c) operating the Promotion; and

(d) determining and awarding Prize(s);

(Purposes)

36. Disclosure of Personal Information: The Promoter may disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to related entities, agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers for those Purposes, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised. The Promoter requires such third parties to comply with Australian privacy laws that apply to the entrants’ Personal Information. The prize winner’s Personal Information may be disclosed to State and Territory, regulatory authorities, including lottery departments as required by law.

37. Failure to provide Personal Information: If an entrant does not provide the requested Personal Information, then this may prevent the registration of the entrant in the Promotion.

38. Marketing: By entering this Promotion, entrants also consent to the Promoter using the Personal Information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter including communicating with entrants about the Promoter’s future competitions, offers or event news in any form of media (including sending electronic messages such as email or SMS or telephoning the entrant), unless entrants opt out of receiving such communications by either:

(i) clicking on the unsubscribe link or opt out code provided in the communication; or (ii) contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at privacy.officer@richmondfc.com.au or a Club representative at membership@richmondfc.com.au.

39. Consent to use details of winners: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including

photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without any remuneration for the purpose of promoting future similar promotions and any products or services of the Promoter.

40. Promoter's Privacy Policy: The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how the Promoter uses and handles personal information including how entrants can access or correct information the Promoter holds about them, how they can make a privacy related complaint, how that complaint will be dealt with and the extent to which the entrant’s information may be disclosed to overseas recipients (if any).

41. No endorsement by social media platforms: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter.
