In 2027, the choice is yours! Your membership comes with access to Richmond Member Rewards, a platform where you can choose and design your own 2027 membership pack! To find out more, click here.
Please note, 2027 Richmond Member Rewards will launch from mid-November for existing members (for memberships purchased from September 1 until November). If you purchase a membership prior to November, please keep an eye on your emails around this time.
New in 2027, your home game match access has changed to flexi match access. More information on this change can be found below.
Your membership includes Flexi access, this means that you can use your match entitlements across one, or multiple games. E.g. Your membership includes 5 games Flexi access, you can bring 5 people to one game or just attend 5 individual games yourself - the choice is yours! Flexi tickets are only available via Digital Ticketing in the Richmond app and can be found via the instructions below on this page.
Yes! In 2027, we are giving Interstate members the option to choose either a barcoded physical membership card or a digital membership card. More information available at our Digital Membership Card FAQ's, HERE.
As your match access for home games is now flexi, your physical membership card will not contain a barcode and can not be used for match access.
You must hold an Interstate Access Membership. Please see the membership details HERE.
If you do hold an Interstate membership, you are entitled to redeem a $0 ticket for the game in your state, subject to availability.
You will receive your interstate barcode via email prior to ticket on-sale date for the game in your state.
You can redeem tickets with other interstate members by entering your barcodes together.
If you don't currently hold an Interstate membership, feel free to contact out friendly Membership Team on 04 9429 5333 or email membership@richmondfc.com.au, and they can ensure you will hold the correct membership to access tickets to the game in your state!
