Please note, 2026 Richmond Member Rewards will launch from Mid-November for existing members (for memberships purchased from September 1 until November). If you purchase a membership prior to November, please keep an eye on your emails around this time.
Yes! In 2026, we are giving Reserved Seat members the option to again choose either a barcoded physical membership card, or a digital membership card. More information is available, HERE.
Reserved Seat members can purchase additional tickets into their bay (pending availability) on a game-by-game basis by entering their 2026 membership barcode on Ticketek.
Yes! If you can't attend a game, you have the option to either return your seat (Seat Lease) to make it available for other Richmond Members to access via Ticketek, or forward your ticket (Seat Transfer) to another Richmond member or supporter.
Richmond’s Seat Lease program allows reserved seat holders who are unable to attend home games to return their reserved seat for resale.
If your seat is successfully resold to another Richmond member, you will receive a credit towards your 2027 membership. Over 170 reserved seat members earned credit towards their 2025 membership in 2024!
To return your seat, you will need to login to your account, select 'my tickets', select the match you would like to lease your seat, click 'lease seat' and then follow the prompts to completion.
The deadlines to submit your seat lease are as below:
Thursday game - Monday midday
Friday game - Tuesday midday
Saturday game - Wednesday midday
Sunday game - Thursday midday
Please note, once your seat has been returned, you will not be able to use it for that match, and your membership card will be deactivated for that game. To be eligible for the Seat Lease program, you must be up to date in monthly instalments, and your membership cannot be complimentary or discounted. You can return your seat for each MCG home game in the 2026 AFL season.
ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR
All Members and Guests are expected to abide by the Members Code of Conduct (Richmond FC | Code of Conduct) and can expect that those around them would do so as well. In the event that behaviour falls outside of these expectations, the Club encourages its Members to report any anti-social behaviour through the following channels:
A. MCG - SMS the Section, Row and Seat along with the behaviour witnessed to 0409 117 621;
B. Marvel Stadium – SMS the Aisle, Row and Seat/s along with the behaviour witnessed to0427 767 768; If you feel your report through the above channels has not received appropriate action, please see a stadium attendant or security person to escalate your concerns.
The Club is best placed to respond to behaviour concerns with a written report from Stadium Security after attending any reported incidents. This allows for a positive ID to be made and the Club to take proper and accurate action.
NON-MEMBERS IN MY RESERVED MEMBER AREA
Reserved seat members can transfer/lease their seat or purchase guest tickets subject to availability. Richmond continually stresses the importance of stadium attendants checking every ticket of patrons entering reserved areas, however from time-to-time other patrons may sneak into reserved Richmond areas without a valid ticket. Members are encouraged to report unauthorised patrons in their bay via the Anti-Social Behviour text line, and in person to a stadium attendant. Stadium staff can re-check tickets of patrons in reserved bays and move them on if not in the correct area.
