You can access your digital membership card by downloading the official RichmondFC app. Click here for APPLE or here for GOOGLE PLAY.
Members are urged to follow the below steps to ensure their Richmond FC App is up-to-date and therefore can access their tickets.
Step 1. Download: Open the App Store or Google Play Store and search for the "Richmond Official App" to download or update to the latest version.

Step 2. Log In: Open the app, tap the ‘Members Hub’ icon, and select ‘Manage Tickets’.

Step 3. Sign In: Log in to your Ticketmaster account using your Richmond membership email and password.

Step 4. View Tickets: Select the specific match or tickets you are looking to view.

Step 5. Save to Wallet: Barcodes become available 48 hours prior to the game. For the smoothest entry, we recommend adding them to your phone’s digital wallet before arriving at the ground.

Yes! Members have the option to receive either a physical membership card or a digital membership card.
Members can redeem a physical barcoded card via Richmond Member Rewards. Please check your emails for more information and your login details.
Simply scan in using either your barcoded card or your digital card and proceed to your designated seating area/bay and choose your seat!
STEP 1: Make sure you log in to your Richmond Ticketmaster account. You will see the letter ‘R’ next to your name to signify Richmond, which means you have successfully logged into your Richmond account.
STEP 2: Refresh the page by dragging down on the app to reload your tickets
STEP 3: Log out and back in

Reserved Bay and General Admission members can sit anywhere in their designated bays. You can ignore the 'bay' on the ticket as this is just for database purposes and has no meaning on your seat.
Unless advised, you can scan in using your physical membership card (redeemed by printing off the eCard that was sent to you via email) or your digital membership accessed through the Richmond FC app.
General Admission members are encouraged to upgrade their seat early to ensure they have a great seat to see all the action.
Please ensure your email address on your Ticketmaster account is the same as your Richmond membership account. If you’re unsure, please get in touch with us via (03) 9426 4400 or membership@richmondfc.com.au.
If you don’t have a Ticketmaster account, simply click here to create an account. Please ensure you create an account using the same email as your Richmond FC member account.
STEP 1: Click ‘More’ at the bottom right of the screen.
STEP 2: Select your preferred competition/s (AFL & AFLW) that you wish to receive notifications for.
STEP 3: Enable all notifications or customise which you wish to receive between game updates, ticketing, club news and videos.
STEP 1: Click ‘Manage Tickets’ via the ‘Members’ page
STEP 2: Click the ‘R’ Accounts and a dropdown list will appear with your family members barcodes
STEP 3: Click on each family member’s ID and add their ticket/s to your Apple Wallet or Passbook.
If any family members don’t appear on the dropdown list, please contact our membership team via (03) 9426 4400 or membership@richmondfc.com.au.
Please note that Round 1 against Carlton has been deemed a fully ticketed match.
Members with away access are required to upgrade via Ticketek using their barcode to secure a reserved seat at a discounted member price.
Membership cards and the Richmond app cannot be used for entry as members will need to use their upgraded ticket to scan in with.

Barcodes will appear 48 hours prior to the game. You’ll be able to view your ticket and add it to your Apple Wallet or Passbook to scan in seamlessly.
