  1. Application of Terms & Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms & Conditions) into the Richmond Football Club Introductory Membership promotion (Promotion). Other published information on how to enter, advertising material and prize information published by the RFC form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into the Promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the individual (entrant).
  2. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Richmond Football Club Ltd ABN 25 679 793 340 of Punt Road Oval, Richmond, Victoria 3121 (Premises), membership@richmondfc.com.au, 03 9426 4400 (RFC).
  3. Definitions
    1. 2025 Introductory Membership means home game general access for any (3) three games of RFC in Melbourne, Victoria in the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season being:
      1. Round 1 Carlton v Richmond at 7:30pm on Thursday 13 March 2025;
      2. Round 4 Brisbane Lions v Richmond at 4:15pm on Saturday 5 April 2025;
      3. Round 6 Gold Coast SUNS v Richmond at 7:35pm on Saturday 19 April 2025;
      4. Round 9 West Coast Eagles v Richmond at 1:10pm on Sunday 11 May 2025;
      5. Round 10 North Melbourne v Richmond at 1:10pm on Sunday 18 May 2025;
      6. Round 13 Sydney Swans v Richmond at 1:20pm on Saturday 7 June 2025;
      7. Round 16 Adelaide Crows v Richmond at MCG, date and time to be confirmed;
      8. Round 18 Essendon v Richmond at MCG, date and time to be confirmed;
      9. Round 20 Collingwood v Richmond at MCG, date and time to be confirmed;
      10. Round 22 St Kilda v Richmond at MCG, date and time to be confirmed;
      11. Round 24 Geelong Cats v Richmond at MCG, date and time to be confirmed
    2. 2025 Introductory Membership means a trial RFC membership with (3) three home game access in the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season;
    3. New RFC Member means a person who signs up to a RFC membership for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and was not a member of a 2024 RFC Membership;
    4. 2026 RFC Tiger Insider Membership means an RFC membership with (3) three home game access in the 2026 Toyota AFL Premiership Season;
    5. RFC Membership means a membership of the RFC which is subject to RFC’s Membership Terms & Conditions (currently https://membership.richmondfc....)and
    6. Tiger Pay Payment Plan means the direct debit payment plan for the payment of an RFC Membership.
  4. Nature of Promotion: a New RFC Member can purchase the 2025 three game Introductory Membership for $30. However, by agreeing to this product, members agree to:
    1. enter into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the payment of their RFC Membership ; and
    2. upgrade their RFC Membership to a 2026 RFC Tiger Insider Membership upon automatic renewal of their RFC Membership and that;
    3. the amount of their membership fee will be automatically debited to the RFC for the renewal term unless the entrant advises the RFC otherwise by opting out of renewing via their Tiger Pay Payment Plan. Entrants on the Tiger Payment Plan will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing of their automatic renewal of their membership fee under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the renewal term. Entrants may also opt out at any time by contacting RFC membership team on 03 9426 4400. or membership@richmondfc.com.au. Refer to RFC Membership Terms & Conditions for opt out information.
  5. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences at 9:00am AEDT on Friday 14 February and ends at 5:00pm AEST on Friday 15 August 2025. (Promotional Period).
  6. Receipt of entries: All entries must be processed online or by phone by the end of the Promotional Period.
  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, entrants must be a new member.
  2. Verification: The RFC reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity).  Suitable proof of validity and identification, is at the discretion of the RFC.  
  3. Disqualification: The RFC reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (eg tampered with the entry process).  The RFC’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the RFC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
  1. How to enter: Entrants must process a 2025 Introductory Membership either online at membership.richmondfc.com.au or over the phone with the RFC Membership Team via 03 9426 4400 and;
  2. Be a New RFC Member
  3. Tiger Pay Payment Plan – Automatic Renewal: Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that by purchasing the Introductory Membership they agree to:
    1. enter into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the payment of their RFC Membership and;
    2. upgrade their RFC Membership to an RFC 2026 Tiger Insider Membership upon automatic renewal of their RFC Membership
    3. Limit: one per member (ie one 2025 Introductory membership per member).
  4. RFC Membership Compliance with conditions: By entering this Promotion and entrants acknowledge that they must comply with the RFC’s Membership Terms and Conditions and any conditions of ticketing and entry to the venues for the games.
  1. Internet costs: Any cost associated with accessing the RFC’s website or any other promotional website or social media platform is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  2. Limitation of liability:
    1. To the extent permitted by law, the RFC makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the RFC.
    2. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), the RFC, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize(s) (Loss), including but not limited to:
      1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond the RFC’s reasonable control;
      2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which are beyond the RFC’s reasonable control;
      3. any entry that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the RFC) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the RFC;
      4. any tax liability incurred by anyentrant;
      5. any Loss caused by, or contributed to, by the entrant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or
      6. any liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.
    3. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
  3. Force majeure: If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the RFC, including but not limited to:
    1. war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster;
    2. acts of God including fire, lightning, earthquake, explosions, flood, subsidence or other natural disaster;
    3. war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or acts of terrorism;
    4. strikes, lock outs, bans or industrial disputes of any kind (not related solely to the party affected);
    5. epidemics, pandemics biological contamination or public health emergency or any resulting governmental action including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;
    6. acts, directives, orders, laws or regulations of any government or government agency or authority;
    7. computer disruption due to the effects of a virus or other malicious code or equipment malfunction which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; or
    8. the modification, suspension or termination of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season,

the RFC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

  1. Protecting Personal Information: The RFC is committed to protecting the privacy of the entrants’ personal information.
  2. Type of Personal Information: During the entry process, entrants provide information that identifies them such as name, date of birth, email, phone, address etc. (Personal Information).
  3. Use of Personal Information: By entering this Promotion and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions (by checking a checkbox online or verbally by telephone), entrants consent to the RFC’s use of their Personal Information provided for the following purposes:
    1. processing the entrant’s entry by:
      1. entering into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan with the entrant under the https://membership.richmondfc....); for the automatic renewal of their RFC Membership as a 2026 Tiger Insider Membership;
    2. communicating with the entrants about the Promotion; and
    3. operating the Promotion,

(Purposes).

  1. Disclosure of Personal Information: The RFC may disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to related entities, agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers for those Purposes, unless the RFC is otherwise advised.  The RFC requires such third parties to comply with Australian privacy laws that apply to the entrants’ Personal Information. The entrant’s Personal Information may be disclosed to State and Territory, regulatory authorities, including lottery departments as required by law. 
  2. Failure to provide Personal Information: If an entrant does not provide the requested Personal Information, then this may prevent the processing of the entrant’s Away Game Access Add On, Tiger Pay Payment Plan and upgrade to 2025 Home & Away Game Membership.
  3. Privacy Policy: The RFC Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how the RFC uses and handles personal information including how entrants can access or correct information held about them; how they can make a privacy related complaint; how that complaint will be dealt with; and the extent to which the entrants’ information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.
  4. RFC’s Privacy Policy: The RFC/s Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how the RFC uses and handles personal information including how entrants can access or correct information the RFC holds about them, how they can make a privacy related complaint, how that complaint will be dealt with and the extent to which the entrant’s information may be disclosed to overseas recipients (if any).
  5. No endorsement by social media platforms: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the RFC.
