Attend & Win Promotion Terms & Conditions

  1. Application of Terms & Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms & Conditions) into the Richmond Football Club Attend & Win promotion (Promotion). Other published information on how to enter, advertising material and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into the Promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the individual (entrant).
  2. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Richmond Football Club Ltd ABN 25 679 793 340 of Punt Road Oval, Yarra Park, Punt Road, Richmond, Victoria 3121 (Premises), membership@richmondfc.com.au or 03 9426 4400 (Promoter / RFC).
  3. Nature of Promotion: This is a promotion for 2025 RFC AFL access members resident in Victoria only. By satisfying the eligibility requirements in clause 6, an entrant will be automatically entered into the draw to win the prize outlined in clause 13.
  4. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences on 13th March 2025 at 1:00PM AEST and ends at 5:00PM AEST 25th August 2025 (Promotional Period).
  5. Receipt of entries: All entries must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotional Period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible, indecipherable or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.


  1. Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, entrants must be:
    1. residents of Victoria, Australia;
    2. 18 years or older at the time of entry;
    3. a 2025 RFC member of any RFC AFL access membership (2025 RFC Membership / RFC Member) at the time of entry into the Promotion; and
    4. in attendance at any of the RFC’s home games in the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season during the Promotional Period.
  2. Exclusions: The following people cannot enter the Promotion:
    1. the directors, officers, employees of the RFC and their immediate family members (ie partner/spouse, siblings or parents); and
    2. 2025 RFC Members under the age of 18.
  3. Verification: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity, place of residence and attendance at venues for RFC home games). Suitable proof of identification, residency and entry is at the discretion of the Promoter.
  4. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (eg tampered with the entry process). The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

1. How to enter: A person will automatically enter the Promotion if they satisfy all entry requirements outlined in clause 6.

2. Entry limit: By satisfying all the eligibility requirements, you receive one entry into the Promotion per RFC AFL home game attended during the 2025 AFL Toyota Premiership Season during the Promotional Period.

  1. Prizes: There will be (4) four prize pools comprising of several prizes (Prizes) as follows:
    1. Pool 1 - (2) Two Beyond the Boundary Function tickets for the RFC’s home game in Round 7 of the 2025 AFL Toyota Premiership Season;
    2. Pool 2 - (2) Two Presidents Function tickets to the RFC’s home game in Round 20 of the 2025 AFL Toyota Premiership Season;
    3. Pool 3 - (1) One Guard of Honour entry to the RFC’s home game in Round 24 of the 2025 AFL Toyota Premiership Season; and
    4. Pool 4 - (5) Five 2025 RFC Members will receive their 2026 RFC memberships for free (on the basis that it is the same membership type as their 2025 RFC Membership) and (2) two 2025 RFC Members will win upgrades to their 2026 RFC AFL access memberships to Club XIII RFC AFL memberships for 2026.
  2. Prize value: The Prize value ranges from $2,110.00 to $12,255 (inc GST):
    1. Pool 1, Pool 2 and Pool 3 = $1,780.00 (inc. GST); and
    2. Pool 4 = $55 to $2,095.00 (inc GST) (as this will depend upon the type of 2025 RFC Membership)
  3. Prize draws: The winner will be determined by the Promotor via a random integer generator. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prizes in Pool 1 and so on in ascending order of number. If invalid, the next valid entry drawn will win. The draws will take place at the Premises at the following dates and times:
    1. Pool 1 - 10:00AM AEST Monday 5th May 2025;
    2. Pool 2 - 10:00AM AEST Monday 23rd June 2025;
    3. Pool 3 - 10:00AM AEST Monday 5th May 2025; and
    4. Pool 4 - 10:00AM AEST Monday 1st September 2025.
  4. Notification of winners: Winners will be notified by telephone using the contact details stored in in relation to their 2025 RFC Membership account on the day of each Prize draw.
  5. Publication of winners: The names of winners will be published on www.richmondfc.com.au on the Tuesday after each prize draw.
  6. Unclaimed Prize(s): Despite every reasonable effort taken by the Promoter to contact the winner, if a Prize remains unclaimed by 5:00pm AEST the Friday after the draw then:
    1. the Prize will be forfeited by that winner;
    2. the Promoter will publish the fact of the unclaimed Prize on the Promoter’s website; and
    3. the Promoter may conduct a re-draw in order to distribute the Prize(s) at 10:00AM AEST on the following Monday after each original draw.

      Any winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by telephone using the contact details stored in relation to their 2025 RFC Membership account on the day of the Prize re-draw and their details published on www.richmondfc.com.au on the following Tuesday.
  7. If the unclaimed Prize is still not redeemed, then the Promoter may conduct judging as is necessary to distribute the Prize at 12:00PM AEST on the following Friday after the re-draw.
  8. Final decision: The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision for the Prize(s) in the Promotions is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  9. Substitution of Prize: In the event that a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) in its discretion with an alternative prize (or part of the prize) to similar monetary value, subject to any written directions given by government gaming departments.
  10. Additional costs: The Prize(s) do not include entry into the relevant stadium for the games listed in the Prize Pool. These are the responsibility of the winner(s).
  11. Non-transferable: The Prize(s) must be taken as offered. The Prize(s), or any unused portion of the Prize(s), are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize(s) are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
  12. Prize values: Prize values are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize(s).
  13. Tax liabilities: Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.
  14. Additional conditions: It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier’s requirements.


  1. Lost entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
  2. Internet costs: Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website or any other promotional website or social media platform is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
  3. Limitation of liability:
    1. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion, including the Prize(s).
    2. Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), the Promoter, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize(s) (Loss), including but not limited to:
      1. any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
      2. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
      3. any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
      4. any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
      5. any tax liability incurred by any winner;
      6. any participation or use of any Prize(s);
      7. any Loss caused by, or contributed to, by the entrant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or
      8. any liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.
    3. Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
  4. Force majeure: If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to:
    1. war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster;
    2. acts of God including fire, lightning, earthquake, explosions, flood, subsidence or other natural disaster;
    3. war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or acts of terrorism;
    4. strikes, lock outs, bans or industrial disputes of any kind (not related solely to the party affected);
    5. epidemics, pandemics biological contamination or public health emergency or any resulting governmental action including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;
    6. acts, directives, orders, laws or regulations of any government or government agency or authority;
    7. computer disruption due to the effects of a virus or other malicious code or equipment malfunction which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; or
    8. the modification, suspension or termination of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season,

the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

  1. Protecting Personal Information: The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of the entrants’ personal information.
  2. Type of Personal Information: During the entry process, the Promoter will refer to and use personal information that is collected by the Promoter and stored in relation to the entrant’s account for their 2025 RFC Memberships which identifies them such as name, email address, mobile telephone number and postcode (Personal Information).
  3. Use of Personal Information: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Information for the following purposes:
    1. processing the entrant’s entry;
    2. communicating with the entrants about the Promotion;
    3. operating the Promotion; and
    4. determining and awarding Prize(s);
      (Purposes)
  4. Disclosure of Personal Information: The Promoter may disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to related entities, agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers for those Purposes, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised.  The Promoter requires such third parties to comply with Australian privacy laws that apply to the entrants’ Personal Information. The prize winner’s Personal Information may be disclosed to State and Territory, regulatory authorities, including lottery departments as required by law. 
  5. Failure to provide Personal Information: If an entrant does not provide the requested Personal Information, then this may prevent the registration of the entrant in the Promotion.
  6. Consent to use details of winners: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without any remuneration for the purpose of promoting future similar promotions and any products or services of the Promoter.
  7. RFC Privacy Policy: The RFC’s Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how the Promoter uses and handles personal information including how entrants can access or correct information the Promoter holds about them, how they can make a privacy related complaint, how that complaint will be dealt with and the extent to which the entrant’s information may be disclosed to overseas recipients (if any).
  8. No endorsement by social media platforms: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter.
