Your membership number, or account ID is a unique 7-digit number can be located in your Member account, or at the bottom of any emails you receive. It corresponds to your account number on the Club database.
Your membership barcode is a 12-digit number and will change each season when you are issued a new physical or digital card. Your barcode will remain the same for the entire season.
If you are a general admission member, you can find your barcode on the back of your physical card or on your digital card by clicking 'ticket details'.
If you are reserved seat/bay or a Roaming Tiger member, your barcode will be sent to you via email in ticketing communications.
ACCESS MEMBERSHIP
This Membership consists of a 12-digit barcode that allows you to enter games throughout the season. Access members also receive priority access to purchasing finals tickets should Richmond participate.
NON-ACCESS MEMBERSHIP
Non-access memberships (i.e. Baby Tiger, Tiger Toddler, Richmond Rookies, Fighting Tiger Fund) do not receive a 12-digit barcode, and therefore are ineligible to purchase priority finals tickets should Richmond participate.
From November 1, 2024, you can redeem your member pack on Richmond Member Rewards. We recently launched an exciting platform where you get to decide what you want your Membership pack to look like! If you join/renew after November 1, 2024, you will receive an email from Richmond Member Rewards within 5-8 days of purchasing your membership, to activate your account. If you join/renew before November 1, 2024, please keep an eye out for a welcome email early November.

Please note, when paying with a cheque, this can take up to three weeks to be actioned and debited from your account.
Yes, we love extended the Richmond family! However, the membership must be purchased in the recipient’s name. Additional details required include the recipient’s address, contact number, email and date of birth. Feel free to contact the Richmond Membership Team and we can set this up for you to ensure we don’t ruin the surprise!
By nominating Richmond as your club of support, you will be regarded as an official member of the Club and directly contribute a proportion from your membership fee. As a result, you will continue to receive all club communications and your years of support as part of the membership reward and recognition program will remain.
