2025 Richmond Member Rewards

Richmond Member Rewards is active, as of November 15, for existing members (memberships purchased from September 1 till November).

Members who join from November 15 onwards will receive their welcome email 5-7 business days after purchasing their membership.

Please keep an eye out for your Richmond Member Rewards account activation email and reach out to our Membership Team if you don't receive it in the expected timeframe.

2024 Richmond Member Rewards

The Richmond Member Rewards website is now closed for 2024 membership packs.

On the 9^th of August, there was a fire at our supplier’s warehouse that destroyed all 2023 & 2024 membership pack products. Thankfully, no one was injured from the blaze.

Members orders that weren’t dispatched prior to the fire OR were yet to place their order will receive double credit towards their 2025 membership pack.

Please note that members who renew prior to the 31^st of August will also receive double the credit amount for next season.
