Richmond Member Rewards

Richmond Member Rewards is an exclusive member-only platform where members can order their membership pack. In addition to ordering a membership pack, this platform is also an exclusive member store with items including personalised mugs, lunch boxes, pillowcases, socks and more!

Members can choose to:

• order a membership pack, consisting of a membership card, cap or scarf, lanyard and membership years patch
• order a membership card and get $40 credit to use on the Richmond Member Rewards platform
• opt out of the membership card and get $50 credit to use on the Richmond Member Rewards platform

Members will receive an activation email from Richmond Member Rewards within 5 days of purchasing a 2025 membership.

Members will receive a welcome email from Richmond Member Rewards within 1-2 weeks of purchasing their 2025 membership. This email has information on how to log into your account and redeem your rewards.

Members are given 3 choices:

1. To redeem a membership card (barcoded), lanyard and cap or scarf
2. To redeem your membership card (barcoded) and $40 credit to use on the Richmond Member Rewards Platform
3. To redeem $50 credit to use on the Richmond Member Rewards Platform.

In addition to this email, members will also receive a temporary e-card which is a PDF version of their barcoded card.

Please note that the e-card needs to be printed to gain access to the ground.

Your order from Richmond Member Rewards will typically take 2-3 weeks for express and 3-4 weeks for standing shipping.

Credit can be redeemed across several orders. However, the last day to order your membership pack is the 31^st of August and credit isn’t transferable for future years.

Please contact our membership team to provide an updated address. Please note that address’s can only be changed within 24-48 hours from when the order is placed.
