Yes! In 2025, we are giving general admission members the option to choose either a barcoded physical membership card or a digital membership card. More information will be made available soon.

No you don't! Simply follow the instructions above to scan in using your Digital or Barcoded Membership Card at your chosen games. If you do wish to upgrade your ticket though, you can do this via Ticketek in advance of the game.

Head to the Ticketek website and select the match you wish to upgrade for. Enter your 12-digit barcode, and any barcodes of members you wish to attend with you, and follow the prompts to upgrade. We recommend upgrading for any games where a higher attendance is expected.

As a general admission member you do not have a set seat, the information on your Digital Membership Card is simply for internal purposes and does not relate to an assigned seat.

Note your barcode will be visible 72 hours out from each match. For general admission seating, you simply scan in your Digital Membership Card at the turnstiles and proceed to the general admission areas, which will be signed on a match day, and choose from any available seat.

Yes, the Richmond app splits out your Digital Membership Card for the individual matches available to you to attend. These individual tickets are your card. More information available at our Digital Membership Card FAQ's here.

You will be able to add your Digital Membership Card to your phone wallet once your barcode appears, which is 72 hours out from each match.

Your barcode will be visible from 72 hours out from each match.

No, your ticket will not count as used until you scan through the turnstiles for your selected match. If you click on and view your ticket it will not be counted as used.

As always, our usual payment options via Tiger Pay will be available to members. Please note that as stated in our T&C's, by purchasing a membership online, you are automatically added onto our upfront Tiger Pay payment plan.

For Tiger Pay Upfront Members, membership payments will occur on October 25, 2024. For Tiger Pay Monthly Members, your payments will commence November 1, 2024 and conclude August 1, 2025.
