2025 Richmond game-access members were initially sent their barcode via email on Thursday February 13.

Members will receive their barcode again on Tuesday morning (February 18), prior to the member pre-sale. This email will have links to the Ticketek and Ticketmaster webpages for members to click through to.

Simply, enter your 2025 barcode into Ticketek/Ticketmaster, and it will prompt you to upgrade to your desired section. If you wish to upgrade with other members, please ensure you enter all barcodes together, each on a new line.

For our West Coast and North Melbourne games we have discounted early bird offers for member upgrades, be quick as these prices won’t last for long!

Depending on your membership, you have access to a certain number of guest passes.

Club XIII, 3121, Roaming Tigers and reserved bay members will receive a link to redeem their guest passes throughout the season. Simply enter your barcode(s) into the game you wish to attend and follow the prompts to purchase guest passes.

Club XIII and 3121 members have guaranteed access to secure guest passes, however this may be limited for select Blockbuster games. The redemption process of tickets and guest passes will be communicated to these members shortly for our Round 6 match against the Gold Coast SUNS at Marvel Stadium.

The AFL will make a game fully ticketed when it is expected to draw a high crowd. This is to ensure every member has an assigned seat in case of a sell-out.

All members (excluding reserved seat members) are required to enter their barcode into Ticketek to ensure they have secured a seat. Reserved bay members can secure a seat for $0 and general admission members will pay a member exclusive upgrade price (at least $10 for level 4).

This is crucial to ensure our members have the best possible experience and aren’t left without a seat.

Our Round 1 HOME game against Carlton is fully ticketed to ensure that members have a great experience at one of our biggest games of the year.

Reserved bay and general admission members will need to secure their seat by visiting the Ticketek website from 12pm (AEDT) Tuesday 18 February. If you wish to sit with other members with the same access as you, please ensure you enter all barcodes together, each on a new line. There is a transaction limit of ten tickets.

Reserved seat members will be able to scan in with their membership card (physical, eCard or digital), if you can’t attend Round 1 you can lease your seat back and earn credit towards your 2026 membership! For more information click here.
