AFL Attend & Win Promotion: Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Richmond Football Club Ltd ABN 25 679 793 340 of Punt Road Oval, Richmond, Victoria 3121 (Premises), membership@richmondfc.com.au, (03) 9426 4400 (RFC).  
2. Application of Terms & Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms & Conditions) into the Richmond Football Club Member Competition (Competition). Entry into this Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the RFC member.
3. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences on Saturday March 21st 1:15pm and ends on Sunday August 23rd 9:00pm (Promotional Period). All entries must be received by RFC during the Promotional Period.

1. Eligibility: Entry is open to current 2026 RFC members with an access membership;
2. Exclusions: Directors or employees of RFC and their immediate family members are not eligible. Complimentary memberships are not eligible. Members who are non-compliant with their payments are not eligible.
3. Disqualification: RFC may reject or disqualify an entry which does not meet the eligibility requirements or is otherwise in breach any of these Terms & Conditions. RFC reserves the right to reject or disqualify any entry at the discretion of the Club. ACT, NSW & SA residents are excluded from the major prize draw at the end of the season.

1. How to enter: To enter eligible RFC members must attend Richmond home games at the MCG. Each match attended will automatically enter the eligible member into the specific Round x prize pool and will also be an entry into the end of season major prize draw.
2. Entry limit: Entries are capped at 1 per member for the Round prizes and at 10 for the end of the season draw if a member attends each home game at the MCG.

2. Prize value: The total prize pool for Rounds 2, 4,9 & 15 is $AUD $565, the total prize pool for all other rounds is $365. The end of season prize pool is $7,630

3. Prize draw: The winner(s) of the weekly prize pools will be drawn at random using a random integer generator by RFC at an unspecified time in the weeks following each match at 100 Wellington Parade. The winner(s) of the end of season draw will be drawn on Friday August 28 at 12pm. The Promoter’s decision for all Prize(s) in the Competition is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

4. Winner notification/publication: Winner(s) will be notified by phone and/or email within 3-5 days of being drawn and will be posted on RFC’s website: www.richmondfc.com.au once the winner(s) are notified.

5. Children If the winner is under the age of 18 years, the Prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or legal guardian on behalf of the winner. It is the responsibility of the winner’s parent/legal guardian to prove their parental status/ legal guardianship at the time of winner notification.

6. Additional conditions: It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner(s) must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize(s) and the Prize supplier’s requirements.

7. Unforeseen circumstances: RFC reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the Competition due to any reason beyond RFC’s reasonable control.

Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), RFC, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any RFC member in connection with the Competition (Loss), including:
3. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond RFC’s reasonable control;
4. Any Loss caused or contributed by the RFC member’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or
5. Any liability for personal injury or death suffered in connection with the Competition.
6. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes the statutory consumer guarantees outlined in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.

1. Use of personal information: By entering this Promotion, RFC members consent to the RFC’s use of their personal information for:

(a) processing the RFC member’s entry;

(b) communicating about the Competition;

(c) operating the Competition (including contacting any winner(s));

(d) promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (unless entrants opt out of receiving such communications).

2. Disclosure of personal information: RFC may disclose such personal information to third parties, including related entities, agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers for the above purposes, unless RFC is otherwise advised.  The prize winner’s personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory, regulatory authorities, including lottery departments as required by law. 

3. Consent to use images of winner(s): By entering this Promotion, any winner(s) consent to RFC using their image and/or voice (in a photograph or recording) in any media for an unlimited period of time without any remuneration for promoting RFC’s future promotions and any of its products or services.

4. Privacy Policy: The RFC Privacy Policy (www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy), contains further details regarding how RFC uses and handles personal information including how RFC members can access or correct their personal information; how they can make a privacy related complaint and how that complaint will be dealt with.
