2026 Major Raffle (Raffle).
The Raffle will be conducted and promoted by Richmond Football Club (ABN 25 679 793 340) of Swinburne Centre, Punt Rd, Richmond VIC 3121 (Club). The Club is a not-for-profit organisation and will be the recipient of the proceeds from the Raffle.
RaffleTix Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 24 623 531 340) of Level 2, 40 Edward Street, Brisbane QLD 4000 (RaffleTix) will provide the digital raffle software platform and the electronic raffle tickets.
Entry into the Raffle constitutes acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions (Terms & Conditions) by entrants (Participants). Information on how to enter, advertising material and prize information published by the Club form part of these Terms & Conditions.

To be eligible for entry, Participants must be:
(a) residents of Tasmania (TAS) or Victoria (VIC) (Applicable States); and
(b) 18 years or older at the time of entry.
The following people are not eligible to enter the Raffle:
(a) residents of New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD), Australian Capital Territory (ACT), Western Australia (WA), South Australia (SA) and Northern Territory (NT):
(b) residents of any overseas countries;
(c) directors, officers and employees of the Club and their immediate family members; and
(d) directors, officers, employees and contractors of RaffleTix and their immediate family members.
For the purpose of this clause, “immediate family member” means any of the following: a spouse, defacto partner, child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, sibling or grandparent.
The Raffle starts at 9:00am AEST on 6th April 2026 (Commencement Date) and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 12th July 2026 (Raffle Period).
No entries will be accepted after the end of the Raffle Period.
The raffle tickets are offered for sale as printed tickets and electronic tickets as follows:
(a) The Club will issue one book of twenty (20) printed raffle tickets to its eligible members for purchase. To purchase one or more printed tickets, Participants must:

(b) For the purchase of electronic raffle tickets, access to entry into the Raffle and all payment and other details associated with the Raffle will be accessible from https://www.raffletix.com.au/rfc2026majorraffle (Raffle Website).
It is the Participant’s responsibility to notify the Club if their contact details change during the Raffle Period.
All ticket entries that have been paid for will be entered into the draw. Any entries (i.e. tickets, ticket stubs or physical or online forms) that are incomplete, indecipherable, offensive, mutilated or tampered with in any way will be void and unable to enter the draw.
A maximum number of 50,000 raffle tickets (i.e. 30,000 electronic tickets and 20,000 printed tickets) will be offered for sale during the Raffle Period.
The prices are:
(a) Price per ticket: $10.00
(b) Price per set of 20 tickets: $150.00
(c) Price per set of 30 tickets: $200.00
(d) Price per set of 50 tickets: $250.00
There is no maximum number of entries for each Participant. Participants may purchase as many raffle tickets as they like during the Raffle Period in accordance with the process in clause 7.
There are nine (8) prizes in total (Prizes). A complete list of prizes and their individual values along with information on, and any additional terms and conditions specifically applicable to, each Prize is contained in the Schedule (Prize Details).
Prize values are accurate as at the Commencement Date. The total maximum value of the Prize pool is AUD$53,850 (subject to the Prize conditions in the Schedule).
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Club will substitute it for another prize of equal or higher value (at the Club’s absolute discretion), subject to regulatory approval.
The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 2:00pm AEST on 16th July 2026 (Draw Date) at:

The draw will be conducted by drawing raffle tickets at random from a barrel.
The draw will take place in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Applicable States.
The first Prize will be allocated to the first raffle ticket drawn first followed by all other Prizes and drawn raffle tickets in descending order (Prize Winners).
Prize Winners will be notified by telephone and in writing within five (5) business days of the Draw Date.
Prize Winners’ names will be published on the RaffleTix Website and the Club’s website (www.richmondfc.com.au) within five (5) business days of the Draw Date.
Prize Winners must contact the Club to claim their Prize.
Despite every reasonable effort taken by the Club to contact the Prize Winner, if a Prize remains unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date or is deemed invalid in accordance with these Terms & Conditions:
(a) the Prize will be forfeited by that Prize Winner; and
(b) the Club reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that Prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Club to be used for not-for-profit purposes.
In addition to any specific conditions listed in the Prize Details, Prize Winners are responsible for:
(a) the use of the Prize, including complying with:
(b) all ancillary costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the Prizes or using the Prizes such as flights, transfers, accommodation to and from any venues and insurance) unless expressly specified in the Prize Details in clause 10); and
(c) any tax implications which may arise from their Prize winnings. Prize Winners should seek independent financial advice prior to the acceptance of their Prize. The Club takes no responsibility for any tax implications.
The Club will not be liable for any ticket, voucher or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The Club reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries. The Club may request that Participants provide evidence to verify their identity, age and place of residence. The Participants must comply with such request.
If a Participant fails to provide such evidence promptly and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Club, the Club may disqualify the Participant, and in the case of any Prize Winner, redraw the Prize subject to the relevant regulatory approvals, in which case that Participant forfeits any right to claim the Prize.
The Club reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any Participant who has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Raffle.
The Club’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved.
Failure by the Club to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law), the Club, its officers, employees and agents, will not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Raffle or the awarding or use of the Prizes (Loss), including but not limited to:
(a) any technical difficulties, equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system including tampering, deletion, alteration or third-party interference which is beyond the reasonable control of the Club;
(b) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Club) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(c) any tax liability incurred by the Prize Winner;
(d) any loss caused by, or contributed to, by a Participant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or
(e) any liability for personal injury or death.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
In the event:
(a) of reasonably unforeseen circumstances, events beyond the reasonable control of the Club or war, terrorism, state of emergency, natural disaster, epidemic, pandemic, public health emergencies or change to legislation, regulations or directives from government or governmental agencies; and
(b) that this Raffle is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated;
the Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law, and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this Raffle as appropriate.
In the event of a dispute, the Club will attempt to resolve the dispute directly with the complainant. If a satisfactory outcome between the parties is unable to be achieved, the Club will liaise directly with the relevant State and Territory regulators.
The Club is committed to protecting the privacy of Participants’ personal information.
Participants provide their personal information to RaffleTix via the Raffle Website to purchase the electronic raffle tickets in the Raffle. By entering this Raffle, Participants consent to their personal information being used by RaffleTix to process the order and issue the electronic raffle tickets. RaffleTix will then disclose such information to the Club for the purposes of specified below. The RaffleTix Privacy Policy is available at https://www.raffletix.com.au/privacy.
Participants provide their personal information to the Club to purchase printed raffle tickets in the Raffle, and the Club receives personal information from Participants who have purchased electronic tickets via the RaffleTix Website.
By entering this Raffle, Participants consent to their personal information being used by the Club for the following purposes (Purposes) of:
(a) registering and processing the Participant’s entry;
(b) operating and promoting the Raffle;
(c) managing any future communications with Participants related to the raffle ticket purchases and the operation of the Raffle; and
(d) determining and awarding Prizes.
The Club may disclose such personal information to its related entities and contractors for those Purposes only, unless the Club is otherwise advised. The Prize Winners’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments as required by law.
If the Participants do not provide the requested personal information, then this may prevent the processing of, and communication with Participants about, the order of online raffle tickets and the Raffle.
Participants may opt in to receive direct marketing communications from the Club in relation to its products or services or other promotional purposes (including future raffles or competitions, offers or events) by ticking the “opt in” box on the entry page. Where the Participant has
consented to receiving direct marketing communications from the Club, the Club may use the information to engage in direct marketing with the Participant in any form of media including sending electronic messages (e.g. email or SMS) or telephoning the Participant. The Club may disclose such personal information to its related entities and contractors for this purpose. Participants may at any time opt out of receiving such communications by either:
(a) clicking on the unsubscribe link or opt-out code provided in the communication; or
(b) contacting the Club’s Privacy Officer at privacy.officer@richmondfc.com.au or a Club representative at membership@richmondfc.com.au.
The Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how Participants can access or correct information the Club holds about them; how Participants can make a privacy related complaint; how that complaint will be dealt with and the extent to which such personal information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.
