Yes! In 2026, we are giving Interstate members the option to choose either a barcoded physical membership card or a digital membership card. More information available at our Digital Membership Card FAQ's, HERE.

You must hold an Interstate Access Membership. Please see the membership details HERE.

If you do hold an Interstate membership, you are entitled to redeem a $0 ticket for the game in your state!

You will receive your interstate barcode via email prior to ticket on-sale date for the game in your state.

You can redeem tickets with other interstate members by entering your barcodes together.

If you don't currently hold an Interstate membership, feel free to contact out friendly Membership Team on 04 9426 4400 or email membership@richmondfc.com.au, and they can ensure you will hold the correct membership to access tickets to the game in your state!

  1. Head to the correct ticketing website; Ticketek or Ticketmaster (see below)
  2. Select the Richmond match you wish to upgrade for.
  3. Enter your 12-digit barcode, and any barcodes of members you wish to attend with you.
  4. Once you can see the ticketing map, select the number of tickets and the location and process through to the checkout.

Guest pass availability will depend on the game being played in your state. The Club will communicate details regarding guest pass availability via email prior to ticket on-sale dates.

Interstate members can redeem a $0 Level 1 Reserved seat access via Ticketek for our home games at the MCG, from bays M1-M2 (Subject to availability - bays M5 and M6 to be made available for higher attendance matches).

The barcode you use for games in Melbourne will differ from the barcode used for games in your state.

Tickets not upgraded can still be used for General Admission access!

For general admission seating in Melbourne, you simply scan in your Digital Membership Card at the turnstiles.

Availability and location of GA seating are determined on a match-by-match basis, and it may vary depending on demand. GA seating is confirmed 24 hours before the game and published at the venue. Additionally, you can get in contact with our friendly Membership Team on 03 9426 4400 or email at membership@richmondfc.com.au

No, your ticket will not count as used until you scan through the turnstiles for your selected match. If you click on and view your ticket it will not be counted as used.

If you use your barcode to upgrade via Ticketek, it counts as using 1-game entitlement, even if you don't attend.

All Members and Guests are expected to abide by the Members Code of Conduct (Richmond FC | Code of Conduct) and can expect that those around them would do so as well. In the event that behaviour falls outside of these expectations, the Club encourages its Members to report any anti-social behaviour through the following channels:

A. MCG - SMS the Section, Row and Seat along with the behaviour witnessed to 0409 117 621;

B. Marvel Stadium – SMS the Aisle, Row and Seat/s along with the behaviour witnessed to
0427 767 768;

If you feel your report through the above channels has not received appropriate action, please see a stadium attendant or security person to escalate your concerns.

The Club is best placed to respond to behaviour concerns with a written report from Stadium Security after attending any reported incidents. This allows for a positive ID to be made and the Club to take proper and accurate action.
