Dreamtime Ticket Returns FAQ

In order to return your upgraded ticket for a refund inclusive of service and handling fees, please follow the below steps:

Please note that you will need to do this for each ticket you wish to return. Service & Handling fees will be refunded but will occur in separate transactions. Refunds will take 7-10 business days to the card used to purchase the tickets.

You will need to login into your Ticketek app and select 'My Tickets', once there press the down arrow to view your options:

Then select 'Manage Ticket'

Then select 'Return Ticket'

Then select 'Return Ticket' - please note that the service and handling fees will also be refunded, however they will come in separate transactions back to your payment method.

You will then receive an email shortly after confirming the ticket return.
