You will receive a welcome email once your Richmond Member Rewards account has been set up. Simply login with your username (account ID) and the password once you have received your welcome email for 2024.
You can expect to receive your Richmond Member Rewards login details about 5-10 business days after renewing or signing up for 2024.

Your membership gives you access to Richmond Member Rewards where you can choose and design your own 2024 membership pack! To find out more, click here.
Login to Richmond Member Rewards using the login details sent to you via email! Your login details will be sent after you have renewed or signed up for season 2024.
Once you have logged in, choose if you would like a core membership pack or credit to put towards other merchandise items on Richmond Member Rewards! When you have made your choices, you can proceed to the shop. A core pack includes the usual member items such as a card, lanyard, bumper sticker and cap/scarf.
Once you have made all your choices for you and any family members on your account, proceed to check out and follow the prompts. Note your credit will be automatically applied at check out.
Please note, Richmond Rookies, Baby and Toddler memberships receive $60 credit to spend on merchandise items. These members will not have a core pack selection option.

Your Core Pack includes your membership card, lanyard, bumper sticker, an iron on patch and the choice of a cap or scarf!
Yes! If you select a 'Core Pack', you can choose between a cap or a scarf. Caps and Scarves will also be available to purchase in the 'shop'.
Yes! Please ensure you select either a Core Pack or Credit + Card.
Please note, barcoded cards will only be allocated to members with AFL game access. AFLW members will not receive a barcoded card in season 2024.

Simply click ‘Forgot my password. Reset it now’ on the Richmond Member Rewards homepage and follow the prompts provided in the email sent to you. Note you are required to reset your password within 15 minutes of receiving your reset email.

If you select 'Credit', your credit will automatically be assigned at checkout.
Please note that if you choose 'credit', a portion of your credit will need to be applied to cover the shipping fees.
No. Your credit can only be used on the Richmond Member Rewards portal.
If you select a 'Core Pack', you will not be charged for shipping unless you purchase any other items from the portal.
If you choose 'credit' or 'credit + card', you will need to allocate a portion of your credit to cover shipping.
For example, if you select $50 credit, you can spend $40 on anything in the portal and use $10 of your credit to cover shipping.
Shipping is calculated by the weight of your order.

Yes! Richmond members will have exclusive access to Richmond Member Rewards until August 31, 2024. You are welcome to visit the online shop at any time to browse or purchase more Tigers gear for you, and your family and friends.
Richmond Member Rewards allows you to personalise your own items! Simply select an eligible item and enter in your first name or initials in the text box.

Yes! If you add a patch onto your cap or scarf, it will show your consecutive years of membership. Please note that we will iron your patch onto the scarf for you but the patch will come loose with the cap so you can place it where you wish.
Yes! Simply tick the 'I can't find my suburb' box and you can manually enter in your address and post code.
Please note, you need to enter in your post code before you select the country.
