Terms and Conditions

1.1 Constitutional Documents

All Richmond Football Club members are bound by the Constitutional Documents of the Richmond Football Club Ltd ACN 005 563 011 (Club / we).

1.2 Application of these Terms & Conditions

(a) In addition, these Richmond Football Club Membership Terms and Conditions (Terms & Conditions) apply to all our:
(i) Club AFL Memberships for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season; and
(ii) Club AFLW Memberships for the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.

(b) By purchasing a Club Membership (including a renewal), you as a Member agree to these Terms & Conditions (including the Members Code of Conduct at clause 14) which form an agreement between the Club and you.

RFC Membership Terms & Conditions - Current as of 9 September 2024

2.1 Submission of application

You must complete and submit a Club Membership Application for the purchase of any Club Membership (except for a Club Membership as a Life Member).

2.2 Acceptance of application

If you are successful in your Club Membership Application, the Club will issue you a payment confirmation for the relevant Club Membership Fee electronically within 7 Business Days.

2.3 Rejection of application

The Club reserves its right not to accept any Club Membership Application in its absolute discretion.

2.4 Commencement and Term of Club Membership / Player Sponsorship

Your Club Membership commences on the date of receipt by the Club of your Club Membership Fee respectively and ends on 31st October 2025, unless suspended or terminated earlier in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (Term).

2.5 Renewal of Club Membership

(a) Members may renew their Club Membership over the telephone or online in accordance with the instructions of the Club.

(b) For Members who have agreed to the Tiger Pay Payment Plan under clause 9.2, their Club Membership will automatically renew for the Renewal Term (provided that the Club has provided the Member with written notice in accordance with clause 9.2.6) unless they opt out under clause 9.2.5.

2.6 Club Membership Cards and fulfilment package

2.6.1 Renewing members

(a) For new and renewing Members of a Club AFL Membership, you may select a:

(i) Digital Club Membership Card; and/or
(ii) Club Membership Card up until 31st August 2025.

(b) If you select a:

(i) Digital Club Membership Card, this will be available to download on the Club App prior to the commencement of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season; and
(ii) Club Membership Card, this will be issued within a reasonable period from the date of first payment of the relevant Club Membership provided payment occurs prior to 31st August 2025.

(c) For new and renewing Members of a Club AFLW Membership, you will receive a Digital Club Membership Card. Digital Club Membership card will be available to download on the Club App prior to the commencement of the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.

(d) The delivery of your selected Fulfilment Package will be issued within a reasonable period for the date of first payment of the relevant Club Membership provided payment is made prior to 31st August 2025.

2.6.2 Selection of fulfilment package

(a) For the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season, Members may select their Fulfilment Package (and purchase any additional merchandise) by accessing Richmond Member Rewards until 31st August 2025. Members may select from a range of fulfilment items up to a specified credit limit which is attributable to the particular Club Membership type.

(b) For the avoidance of doubt, Members cannot select their Fulfilment Package after 31st August 2025.

(c) Club Membership Cards and Fulfilment Packages may be issued separately.

3.1 Club Membership categories and benefits

3.1.1 Reserved Seat Membership Categories

(a) The Reserved Seat Membership categories are as follows:

(i) Premiership Circle Home – Olympic Stand;
(ii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Olympic Stand;
(iii) Premiership Circle Balcony Home;
(iv) Premiership Circle Balcony Home & Away;
(v) Punt Road Undercover Home;
(vi)Punt Road Undercover Home & Away;
(vii) Punt Road Boundary Home;
(viii) Punt Road Boundary Home & Away;
(ix) Punt Road Family Home;
(x) Punt Road Family Home & Away;
(xi) MCC Tiger Access – 1 AFL Home Game at Marvel Stadium; and
(xii) MCC Tiger Provisional Access - 1 AFL Home Game at Marvel Stadium,

(Reserved Seat Memberships).

(b) For Reserved Seat Memberships, you receive:

(i) an allocated reserved seat for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season in your name (Reserved Seat); and
(ii) any other benefits associated with your specific Reserved Seat Membership package (for example, guaranteed access to 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final, game day access to Maurice Rioli Club).

(c) Entry to the Venue and your Reserved Seat will be provided via your Digital Club Membership Card or Club Membership Card.

3.1.2 Reserved Bays Membership categories

(a) The Reserved Bays Membership categories are as follows:

(i) Jacks Club;
(ii) Legends Club;
(iii) Richmond Executive;
(iv) Club XIII
(v) 3121
(vi) Premiership Circle Home – Shane Warne Stand
(vii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Shane Warne Stand
(viii) Premiership Circle Home – Ponsford Stand; and
(ix) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Ponsford Stand

(Reserved Bays Club Memberships)

(b) For Reserved Bay Memberships, you receive:

(i) a location to a reserved bay for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season in your name (Reserved Bay); and
(ii) any other benefits associated with your specific Reserved Bay Membership package.

(c) Access to the Venue and your Reserved Bay will be provided via your Digital Club Membership Card or Club Membership Card.

(d) If the Club considers, acting reasonably, that a high number of Members will be attending a home game or that the game will be fully ticketed (High Attendance Game), the Club will determine, acting reasonably, access to your Reserved Bay at each home game which will be communicated to you prior to each game.

3.1.3 General Admission Membership categories

(a) The General Admission Membership categories are as follows:

(i) Roaming Tiger Home;
(ii) Roaming Tiger Home & Away;
(iii) Roaming Tiger – 3 AFL Home Game;
(iv) Access Home;
(v) Access Home & Away;
(vi) Country - 5 AFL Home Game;
(vii) MCC Tiger Provisional Access – 3 AFL Home Game;
(viii) Tiger Insider - 3 AFL Home Game;
(ix) Coaches Crew - 3 AFL Home Game;
(x) Dreamtime;
(xi) Blockbuster;
(xii) Blockbuster Bundle;
(xiii) AFLW;
(xiv) AFLW Coterie; and
(xv) Companion Card (add on),
(General Admission Memberships)

(b) For the General Admission Memberships listed in clause 3.1.3(a):

(i) additional fees and charges may apply;
(ii) Members' access to games is not guaranteed; and
(iii) access is subject to capacity, and you may need to reserve a seat at the Venue for an additional fee subject to availability. Ticket Agencies will charge a booking fee which is payable by the Member.
(iv) General Admission Members will have the ability to purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) comply with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct

(c) In addition, for the following General Admission Memberships:

(i) Roaming Tiger Home;
(ii) Roming Tiger Home & Away;
(iii) Roaming Tiger – 3 AFL Home Game; and
(iv) Country – 5 AFL Home Game,

reserving a seat in the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG will be on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability.

(d) The process for registering reserved seats under clause 3.1.3(c) will be communicated to those Members prior to the commencement of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

(e) Members with access to the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG will have the ability to purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) comply with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.

3.1.4 Interstate Club Membership

(a) The Interstate Membership categories are as follows:

(i) Interstate; and
(ii) 3121 Interstate,

(Interstate Club Memberships)

(b) For the Interstate Club Memberships:

(i) additional fees and charges may apply.
(ii) Members’ access to games is not guaranteed.
(iii) access is subject to capacity, and you will need to register your interest in:

(A) reserving a seat at the relevant Venue in the State or Territory that the Member resides on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability; or
(B) reserving a seat in the Roaming Tiger Reservation Bay at the MCG on a first-come, first served basis subject to availability.

(c) The process for registering for served seats under clause 3.1.4(b)(iii)(B) will be communicated to those Members prior to the commencement of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

3.1.5 Add-on Club Memberships with single game access

(a) The following add-on Club Memberships provide General Admission access to 1 AFL home game:

(i) The Alannah and Madeline Foundation (add on);
(ii) VWFL (add on);
(iii) Wheelchair Football (add on); and
(iv) Tiger Conservation (add on).

3.1.6 Non-Access Club Memberships

(a) The non-access Club Memberships are:

(i) Baby Tiger;
(ii) Tiger Toddler;
(iii) Rookies;
(iv) Digital Tiger;
(v) International Tiger;
(vi) MCC Tiger Pack;
(vii)Tiger Supporter;
(viii) AFLW Supporter; and
(ix) Maurice Rioli Club (add-on),
(Non-Access Club Memberships)

(b) For the avoidance of doubt, Non-Access Memberships do not provide for access to games.

3.2 Membership classifications and concessions

3.2.1 Family

Family Membership for access Members consists of two adults and up to four children (under 18 years as at 1st January 2025. Family Membership for Reserved Seat Members and Country Interstate Members, consists of two adults and up to two children (under 18 years as at 1January 2025). Any additional children:
(a) under 15 years of age will be required to purchase an individual Junior Membership; and

(b) over 15 years of age will be required to purchase a Club Membership (excluding a Junior Membership).

3.2.2 Junior

(a) To be eligible for a Junior Membership, children must be under 15 years of age as at 1st January 2025.

(b) Children over 5 years will need to obtain a Junior Access Membership if they wish to be eligible to purchase tickets to 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

(c) When applying for or renewing a Junior Membership, you may need to provide to the Club proof of age identification (eg copy of birth certificate or passport).

3.2.3 Country

(a) People living in excess of 100km (as determined in accordance with Australia Post postcode data) from the Melbourne CBD are eligible for a Country Membership.

(b) When applying for or renewing a Country Membership, you must provide to the Club proof of residency (for example, a copy of your rates notice or a utilities bill) to verify your address. PO Box addresses will not be accepted without supporting documentation.

3.2.4 Student

(a) Student concession is available to people studying full-time in 2025.

(b) When applying for or renewing your Club Membership as a student, you must provide to the Club a photocopy of your 2025 student card or a stamped and/or receipted 2025 enrolment form from your education institution.

3.2.5 Pensioner

(a) Pensioner concession is available to people holding a 2025 pensioner concession card issued by Centrelink, the Department of Health and Community Services, the Department of Community Services or the Department of Veteran Affairs. A Heath Care or Health Benefit card will not be accepted.

(b) When applying or renewing your Club Membership as a pensioner, you must provide to the Club a photocopy of your 2025 pensioner concession card. Pensioner concession cards must be valid for the duration of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership season and/or 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season.

3.2.6 Companion Card holders

(a) The Club is a national affiliate of the Companion Card Program, and the Club will provide an admission ticket to the holder of a Companion Card at no charge.

(b) When requesting an admission ticket as a Companion Card holder, you must provide a copy of the Companion Card to the Club.

(c) This does not classify the Companion as a Member and only provides game or event day access. To be classed as a Member, and receive the associated membership benefits, the Companion must purchase the Companion Card (add-on) Club Membership.

3.3 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series entitlements

(a) Each Member’s access to the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series games will be determined in accordance with their respective Club Membership category and corresponding benefits. Please refer to the terms of your particular Club Membership for further details.

(b) The Club will communicate information relating to Members’ access to 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series games should the Club be participating in one or more games in the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series.

4.1 Reserved Seat Membership benefits and fee

4.1.1 Reserved Seat Membership Fee

(a) To receive the benefits of the Reserved Seat Membership, you must pay a Club Membership Fee to the Club in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (Reserved Seat Membership Fee).

(b) Payment of the Reserved Seat Membership Fee entitles you to:

(i) your Reserved Seat in the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (and in the future AFL Premiership Seasons upon renewal); and
(ii) any other benefits associated your specific Club Membership package.

(c) The Reserved Seat Membership Fee must be paid either:

(i) as an upfront single fee; or
(ii) via the Tiger Pay Payment Plan outlined in clause 9.

4.2 No daily seat sales

(a) Subject to clause 3.1.1(c) and clauses 7.4 and 7.5, daily seat sales are not available for Reserved Seating areas and all Reserved Seat Memberships purchased through the Club are for the entire 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

(b) If a Reserved Seat Member leases or forwards their Reserved Seat in accordance with clauses 7.4 and 7.5 respectively:

(i) a Member of General Admission Membership may upgrade to that Reserved Seat; or
(ii) a Member of a Reserved Seat Membership may purchase the leased Reserved Seat as a guest pass. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) comply with the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.

4.3 Change of seats

(a) The Club may, in its sole discretion, move Members of Reserved Seat Memberships within their row, in order to assist with seating requests and to bring single seats together. The Club will contact Members prior to any change.

(b) If the Venue operator directs a major change to the operation of the Venue which impacts the Reserved Seat arrangements, the Club may be required to move Members of:

(i) Reserved Seats Memberships within their Reserved Seating category; and
(ii) Reserved Bay Memberships to another Reserved Bay;
to assist with that major change. The Club will contact Members prior to any change.

5. 1 Reserved Bay Membership benefits and fee

5.1.1 Payment of Reserved Bay Membership Fee

(a) To receive the benefits of the Reserved Bays Membership, you must pay a Club Membership Fee in accordance with these Terms & Conditions (Reserved Bay Membership Fee).

(b) Payment of the Reserved Bay Membership Fee entitles you to:

(i) your Reserved Bay in the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (and in the future AFL Premiership Seasons upon renewal); and
(ii) any other benefits associated your specific Club Membership package.

(c) Payment of the Reserved Bay Membership Fee must be paid either:

(i) as a single fee upfront; or
(ii) via the Tiger Pay Payment Plan outlined in clause 9.

5.2 Reserved Bay areas

Subject to clause 3.1.1 (c), in the Reserved Bay areas, only Reserved Bay Members can access their Reserved Seat.

5.3 No daily seat sales

(a) Subject to clause 3.1.1 (c) and clauses 7.4 and , daily seat sales are not available for Reserved Bay areas and All Reserved Bay Memberships purchased through the Club are for the entire 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

(b) A Member of a Reserved Bay Membership may purchase guest passes, subject to capacity and availability. The Member will need to ensure that any guest(s) complies with t the behavioural standards in the Members Code of Conduct.

5.4 Staff assistance

If a Member cannot find a seat within the allocated Reserved Bay areas, staff assistance can be sought to find a seat within the Reserved Bays. If no seats are available for a particular game as the Venue is at full capacity, the Club may, in its discretion, provide a partial refund of the Club Membership to the Member.

6.1 Grand Final Guarantee Memberships

(a) The following Club Memberships include the guaranteed right to purchase a ticket to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final:

(i) Jacks Club;
(ii) Legends Club;
(iii) Richmond Executive;
(iv) Club XIII;
(v) 3121;
(vi) Premiership Circle Home – Olympic Stand;
(vii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Olympic Stand;
(viii) Premiership Circle Home – Ponsford Stand;
(ix) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Ponsford Stand;
(x) Premiership Circle Home – Shane Warne Stand;
(xi) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Shane Warne Stand;
(xii) Premiership Circle Home – Balcony;
(xiii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Balcony; and
(xiv) Maurice Rioli Club (add on),
(Grand Final Guarantee Memberships).

(b) To receive the benefits of a Grand Final Guarantee Membership, your Club Membership Fee must be paid in full by 1st August 2025.

6.2 Maurice Rioli Club

(a) Members with a Maurice Rioli Club (add on) must hold an eligible access Club Membership from one of the following Club Memberships:

(i) Jacks Club;
(ii) Legends Club;
(iii) Richmond Executive;
(iv) Club XIII;
(v) 3121;
(vi) Premiership Circle Home – Shane Warne Stand;
(vii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Shane Warne Stand;
(viii) Premiership Circle Home – Ponsford Stand;
(ix) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Ponsford Stand;
(x) Premiership Circle Home – Olympic Stand;
(xi) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Olympic Stand;
(xii) Premiership Circle Home – Balcony;
(xiii) Premiership Circle Home & Away – Balcony;
(xiv) Punt Road Undercover Home;
(xv) Punt Road Undercover Home & Away;
(xvi) Punt Road Boundary Home;
(xvii) Punt Road Boundary Home & Away;
(xviii) MCC Tiger Access;
(xix) MCC Tiger Provisional Access;

(Eligible Access Membership)

(b) Your Maurice Rioli Club (add on) can only guarantee you the right to purchase a ticket to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final (subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final) for one Eligible Access Membership. If you hold a Maurice Rioli Club (add on) as part of your Eligible Access Membership and a Grand Final Guarantee Membership, you are still only eligible to purchase one ticket to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final (subject to the Club’s AFL team participating in the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final).

6.3 AFL Club Support Members

(a) AFL Club Support Members with an AFL Gold Membership must purchase tickets to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final through the AFL Membership on-sale and are not able to register in the Club’s ballot for tickets to the 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final (Grand Final Ballot).

(b) AFL Club Support Members with an AFL Silver Membership are able to register in the Club’s Grand Final Ballot using their AFL Silver Membership. However, any Member who does so will forfeit their right to purchase in the AFL Membership on-sale

7.1 Prohibition or transfer

Subject to clauses 7.4 and 7.5 or obtaining the prior written consent of the Club, Club Membership Cards, Digital Membership Cards and associated benefits under the Club Membership and Reserved Seat tickets are for personal use only and may not be lent, transferred or sold to another person under any circumstances. For example, Club Membership Cards, Digital Membership Cards and Reserved Seat tickets must not be:

(a) advertised for sale or on-sold to another person (including via on-line auction sites or unauthorised reseller sites);

(b) used for advertising, promotion, fundraising or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions); or

(c) used to enhance the demand for other goods or services of a person or business, either by the original purchasing Member or any subsequent bearer.

7.2 Breach of clause 6.1

If a Member breaches clause 7.1:

(a) the Club reserves its rights to suspend or terminate the Member’s Club Membership without a refund under clause 12; and/or

(b) the Reserved Seat ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

7.3 Verification of identity

Members are obliged to show their Club Membership Card or Digital Membership Card and a second form of identification to verify their identity if requested by staff of the Venue or the Club on a game day.

7.4 Lease of Reserved Seat

(a) The Club may from time to time implement a program to enable Members to lease their Reserved Seats to other nominated persons for a specified game during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (Lease Your Seat Program).

(b) Members who participate in the Lease Your Seat Program must comply with the terms and conditions specified by the Club for the Lease Your Seat Program.

7.5 Forward of Reserved Seat

Reserved Seat Members may forward their Reserved Seats to other nominated persons for a specified game during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season subject to any terms and conditions specified by the Club or a Ticket Agent.

8.1 AFL Members

AFL Members may nominate an AFL Club of support and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series. AFL Members who have nominated the Club may purchase a Reserved Seat Membership upgrade.

8.2 MCC Members

MCC Members may purchase an AFL Club upgrade via the MCC and by doing so consent to the MCC providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the Toyota AFL Finals Series. MCC Members who have purchased a Richmond MCC Membership may purchase a Reserved Seat Membership upgrade, 3121 or Maurice Rioli Club Membership at a discounted rate.

8.3 Auskick Junior Members

Auskick Junior Members may nominate an AFL Club of choice and by doing so consent to the AFL providing their personal details to the Club, so they may contact you, for example in relation to the Club Membership Fulfilment Package and access to the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series. Auskick Junior Members who have selected the Club will receive General Admission access to 4 AFL home games.

9.1 Payment options

9.1.1 Payment up front or via direct debit

You must pay your Club Membership Fee Donation either by :

(a) an upfront payment in full (Upfront Full Payment); or

(b) direct debit on a payment plan (Tiger Pay Payment Plan) being either:

(i) an upfront payment (Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Upfront); or
(ii) a payment plan of 10, 7, 5 or 3 instalments (Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Monthly) in accordance with this clause 9.

9.1.2 Upfront Full payment

(a) Your Upfront Full Payment of the Club Membership Fee can be paid to the Club via any one of the following methods: debit or credit cards (VISA, MasterCard or AMEX), cheque, cash or EFTPOS (Payment Method).

(b) You acknowledge and agree that if you pay for the Upfront Full Payment via the Club Website, then your Club Membership will automatically be placed on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan. Members can opt out of this arrangement at any time under clause 9.2.12.

9.2 Payment by instalments on Tiger Pay Payment Plan

9.2.1 Direct debit

By agreeing to the Tiger Pay Payment Plan in these Terms & Conditions, you authorise the Club to arrange a debit of funds from your financial institution account via your nominated Payment Method in amounts and at intervals specified in clauses 9.2.1 and 9.2.2

9.2.2 Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Upfront

(a) Payment of the Club Membership Fee under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan Upfront will be deducted on 21st October 2024 via a nominated Payment Method (but excluding cheque, cash or EFTPOS).

(b) For all new Club Memberships joined on or after 21st October 2024, the full amount of the Club Membership Fee will be deducted at the relevant date of purchase.

9.2.3 Tiger Pay Payment Plan - Monthly

(a) Payment of the Club Membership Fee under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan -Monthly will be deducted via your nominated Payment Method (excluding cheque, cash or EFTPOS) in:

(i) 10 equal instalments on the 1st of each month, beginning on 1st November of the Term. if the Club Membership is purchased prior to or on 1st November of the Term (10-month plan);
(ii) 7 equal instalments on the 1st of each month, beginning on 3rd February if the Club Membership is purchased between 3rd February and 31st March of the Term (7-month plan);
(iii) 5 equal instalments on the 1st of each month, beginning on 1st April if the Club Membership is purchased between 1st April and 31st May of the Term (5-month plan); or
(iv) 3 equal instalments on the 1st of each month, beginning on 2 June if the Club Membership is purchased between 1st June and 31st August of the Term (3-month plan).

(b) After the first year on the 7-month plan, 5-month plan or 3-month plan, your Club Membership will revert to the full 10-month plan beginning on 1st November of the Renewal Term upon the renewal of the Tiger Pay Payment Plan under clause 9.2.4.

9.2.4 Automatic renewal

For all Members who are on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan, they authorise the Club to automatically renew their Club Membership for the Renewal Term and debit the relevant Club Membership Fee, in accordance with the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the Renewal Term.

9.2.5 Opt out of automatic renewal

Subject to clause 11.4, Members may opt out of the Tiger Pay Payment Plan prior to their first instalment payment for the Renewal Term as communiated by the Club in writing by notifying the Membership Team either in writing or via email - membership@richmondfc.com.au. All outstanding payments must be completed at the time of opting out. Where notice is received by the Club prior to the first instalment payment for the Renewal Term, there will be no automatic renewal of the Club Membership.

9.2.6 Automatic renewal reminder and any changes to terms and fees

Members will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing (ie by email or mail) of the automatic renewal of Club Membership(s) under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the Renewal Term. In particular, the Club will advise of any changes in the Club Membership entitlements, the amount of their Club Membership Fee and these Terms & Conditions for the Renewal Term.

9.2.7 Payment intervals

(a) The first instalment of the:

(i) 10-month plan will be withdrawn on 1st November, with further payments on the 1st of each following month, or on the next Business Day if the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday;
(ii) 7- month plan will be withdrawn on 3rd February, with further payments on the 1st of each following month, or on the next Business Day if the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday;
(iii) 5-month plan will be withdrawn on the 1st April, with further payments on the 1st of each following month, or on the next Business Day if the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday; and
(iv) 3-month payment plan will be withdrawn on the 2nd June, with further payments on the 1st of each following month, or on the next Business Day if the 1st day of the month falls on a weekend or public holiday.

(b) If any payment under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan fails to transfer between institutions on the relevant payment date, further attempts will be made to attempt to clear the fund transfer (including on the 15th day of each following month).

9.2.8 Deduction

Members applying for the Tiger Pay Payment Plan after the first scheduled payment will have the number of required payments deducted to bring them up to date with the relevant payment schedule and then subsequent payments at each specified payment date.

9.2.9 Bank fees

If your Upfront Full Payment or Tiger Pay Payment Plan payment is returned or dishonoured by your financial institution, the Club will issue a letter requesting immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable to you.

9.2.10 Account details

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

(a) the account details you have provided are correct, including notification should the expiry date change within the Tiger Pay Payment Plan; and

(b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account on the scheduled payment date.

9.2.12 Suspension or cancellation of Tiger Pay payments by Members

During the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season, a Member on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan may at any time suspend or cancel their payments which will suspend or cancel the Club Membership by contacting the Membership Team on (03) 9426 4400.

9.2.13 No games access

If your Club Membership is suspended or terminated, you will not be able to gain access to any games via your Club Membership during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (and the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series) or the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season (and the 2025 NAB AFLW Finals Series).

9.2.14 Withdrawal error

If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Membership Team on (03) 9426 4400. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we cannot substantiate the reason for withdrawing.

10.1 Inclusive pricing

Except where expressly noted, all prices include GST and any applicable levy charged by the Venue.

11.1 General policy

Subject to this clause 11 and a person’s rights at law (including the Australian Consumer Law), Club Membership Fees are non-‑refundable.

11.2 Change of mind cancellations & refunds

11.2.1 Cancellations for change of mind

A person may terminate their Club Membership at any time due a “change of mind” by notifying the Club in writing or cancelling their Tiger Pay Payment Plan in accordance with clause 9.2.12 (Change of Mind Cancellation).

11.2.2 Refunds

Requests for refunds following a Change of Mind Cancellation must be made in writing to the Club's Membership Manager. Subject to clause 11.4, any refunds of Club Membership Fees are at the sole discretion of the Club. However, no refund will be issued by the Club for:

(a) a Change of Mind Cancellation of AFL Club Memberships made by a Member after Round 10 of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season; or

(b) a Change of Mind cancellation of:

(i) Non-Access Club Memberships (listed in clause 3.1.6); and
(ii) Add-on Club Memberships with single game access (listed in clause 3.1.5); or

(c) a Change of Mind cancellation as a result of the Club changing the Terms & Conditions under clause 21.1.

11.2.3 Termination of AFL Club Memberships - Administration Fees

(a) Should a refund be granted by the Club under this clause 11.2:

(i) the following Administration Fees will be payable by the Member depending on the timing of the cancellation of the AFL Club Membership. If a person cancels their AFL Club Membership under this clause:
(A) the Club may retain any actual costs incurred by the Club for the delivery of any events, items or other benefits included in their AFL Club Membership (eg seating or hospitality upgrades, training sessions, coaches briefings, guest passes, merchandise etc) (Additional Costs) which were received by the Member prior to the cancellation of their AFL Club Membership.
(B) before the beginning of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and has not redeemed their Fulfilment Package, the Administration Fee is $35.00;
(C) before the beginning of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and has redeemed their Fulfilment Package, the Administration Fee is $50.00; or

(ii) after the commencement of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, but before Round 10 of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, the Administration Fee is calculated as $50.00 plus a fee of $25 per game attended by the Member during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season up to the date of cancellation of the AFL Club Membership; and

(b) The Club will offset any Administration Fees or Additional Costs against the relevant refund amount that is payable to the Member.

11.3 Termination of AFLW Club Memberships - Administration Fees

Should a refund be granted by the Club under this clause 11.2, the following Administration Fees will be payable depending on the timing of the cancellation of the AFLW Club Membership. If a person cancels their AFLW Club Membership under this clause:

(a) before the beginning of the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season and has not redeemed their Fulfilment Package, the Administration Fee is $35.00;

(b) before the beginning of the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season and has redeemed their Fulfilment Package, the Administration Fee is $50.00; or

(c) after the commencement of the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season, but before Round 5 of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, the Administration Fee is calculated as $50.00 plus a fee of $10 per game attended by the Member during the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season up to the date of cancellation of the AFLW Club Membership.

11.4 Force Majeure Event

11.4.1 Impact of Force Majeure Events

If the 2024 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and/or the 2024 NAB AFLW Premiership Season is suspended, modified or cancelled and/or the patron capacity at Venues is limited or modified due to any Force Majeure Event which results in Members of.

(a) Reserved Seat Memberships;

(b) Reserved Bay Memberships;

(c) General Admission Memberships; and

(d) Interstate Memberships,
having reduced or varied game access, subject to law, the Club will provide appropriate substitute benefits of equal value to the benefits impacted by the Force Majeure Event to the Member as determined by the Club acting reasonably or offer an alternative remedy to the Member as determined by the Club acting reasonably.

12.1 Breach by a member

(a) The Club reserves its right to suspend (for a period reasonably determined by the Club) or terminate a Member's Club Membership without a refund where that member has breached a material term of these Terms & Conditions.

(b) If the Club suspends or cancels a Member’s Club Membership under clause12.1(a), the Club will not be liable to that member for any claim or loss.

13.1 Club Memberships

If a Club Membership is:

(a) terminated for any reason under these Terms & Conditions then all benefits provided under their Club Membership will immediately cease, and any Consecutive Membership will also immediately cease; or

(b) suspended for any reason under these Terms & Conditions, then all benefits provided under the Club Membership will be suspended during the relevant suspension period.

14.1 Comply with Member Code of Conduct

Members must comply with the Club’s Members’ Code of Conduct which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

14.2 Member's Code of Conduct
14.2.1 Purpose

The Club is committed to maintaining a safe, enjoyable, inclusive, and family-friendly environment in relation to all of its activities. In order to protect the image and reputation of the Club, the Constitution of the Club entrusts the Club’s Board with the responsibility to establish a Members Code of Conduct.

Accordingly, the Club has adopted the following Code of Conduct for the benefit of its members, supporters, and the wider AFL community. In accordance with the Constitution, Members are bound by this Code of Conduct and if found to be in breach, may face disciplinary action (including termination of their Club Membership).

14.2.2 Member conduct requirements

Consistent with the values of the Club, all Members are required:

(a) to conduct themselves towards the Club, its players, staff and others in ways that are respectful to all, lawful and in the spirit of the game;

(b) in relation to games, social media channels and events or when dealing with others to refrain from:

(i) engaging in or endorsing any form of threatening conduct, or vilification or abuse on the basis of race, gender, religion, disability or sexuality;
(ii) any acts of violence, disruptive behaviour or use of offensive or abusive language or gestures;

(c) to comply with the terms of entry at any venue in relation to any Club games or other Club activities;

(d) to manage individual alcohol consumption, ensuring intake does not lead to inappropriate social behaviour during a game or event; and

(e) to conduct themselves in a manner that does not damage (or have the potential to damage) the reputation of the Club, its members or supporters.

14.2.3 Report anti-social behaviour

The Club encourages its Members to report any anti-social behaviour through the following channels:

(a) MCG - SMS the Section, Row and Seat along with the behaviour witnessed to 0409 117 621;

(b) Marvel Stadium – SMS the Aisle, Row and Seat/s along with the behaviour witnessed to
0427 767 768;

(c) Swinburne Centre – SMS the location (e.g. Jack Dyer Bleachers, Hill, Sports Hall) along with the behaviour witnessed to 0417 984 854;

(d) Club Events – inform RFC officials at the event; and

(e) Social Media – email membership@richmondfc.com.au

15.1 Comply with rules of Venues

Members must adhere to all conditions of entry, rules and restrictions imposed by the Venues (or the AFL) attended by the Member (Venue Rules) including the following:

(a) All Venues are smoke-free. Members are not permitted to smoke anywhere in the Venue; and

(b) Members are not permitted to bring alcohol into any Venue and must adhere to strict restrictions placed on alcohol consumption in designated areas at all Venues.

15.2 Health and Safety

You acknowledge, even with rigorous capacity and control measures in place at games, there remains an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness at a game and you have considered that risk and your own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability that you may have or that of persons whom you will be in close contact with following your attendance at a game. By attending a game, you (and any persons who attend the game with you) acknowledge and accept these obvious risks.

16.1 Replacement card

If a Club Membership Card is lost or stolen, please contact our Membership Team on (03) 9426 4400 and the Club will then issue a replacement Club Membership Card subject to receipt of the replacement card fee (as advised by the Club from time to time).

17.1 Right to vote

All Members who are 18 years and over and have the Club Memberships specified in clause 3.1.1 will receive full voting rights in accordance with the Club’s Constitution

18.1 Privacy collection Statement

(a) Your privacy is important to the Club. Your personal information will be collected, used and managed by the Club in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

(b) The Club collects your personal information for the:

(i) purpose of processing and managing your Club Membership, Player Sponsorship and/or Strong & Bold Foundation Donation;
(ii) purpose of communicating with you about your Club Membership, Player Sponsorship and Strong & Bold Foundation Donation; and
(iii) the other purposes listed in clause 8 of the Privacy Policy (Purposes).

(c) The Club may disclose your personal information to a third parties (including service providers, contractors and agents) to assist the Club to fulfil for these Purposes. In particular, the Club will disclose Strong & Bold Patrons’ personal information to the Australian Sports Foundation to process the donations made under the Strong & Bold Foundation Donation and to enable the Australian Sports Foundation to issue tax-deductible receipts to the Strong & Bold Patrons. Such personal information will be managed by the Australian Sports Foundation in accordance with the ASF Privacy Policy

(d) If you choose not to provide us with certain personal information for the purpose of the application process or any renewal, then this may result in the Club being unable to process:

(i) your Club Membership and/or Player Sponsorship or provide you with a relevant service or benefit under your Club Membership and/or Player Sponsorship; and/or
(ii) your donation for your Strong & Bold Foundation Donation

(e) The Privacy Policy contains further details regarding how the Club collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise handles your personal information including how you can access or correct your personal information; how you can opt out of receiving promotional or marketing communications; how you can make a privacy related complaint, and how that complaint will be dealt with; and the extent to which your personal information may be stored or disclosed overseas.

(f) In this clause, “personal information” has the same meaning as described in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

18.2 Consent

By applying for and purchasing a Club Membership, you agree and confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms of this clause and the Privacy Policy.

19.1 Ownership of Club's Intellectual Property

The Club is the owner and/or licensee of the Intellectual Property.

19.2 Prohibitions

Members must not use or represent that they have any right or title in, the Club’s Intellectual Property or any intellectual property that is substantially identical or deceptively similar to the Club’s Intellectual Property, for any purpose without the prior written approval of the Club.

20.1 Statutory rights as a consumer

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right or remedy, or any warranty or guarantee which may be implied or imposed by any legislation (including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited by agreement (including the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law).

20.2 Limitation of liability
20.2.1 Limited liability of Club

Subject to your rights at law (including the Australian Consumer Law), the Club’s liability for any claim, action, proceeding or dispute, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise under on in connection with these Terms & Conditions is limited to one or more of the following at the Club’s option:

(a) in the case of goods, the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods, or the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or

(b) in the case of services, the supplying of the services again, or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again.

20.2.2 No indirect or consequential liability

The Club nor any of its directors, officers, employees or agents will not be liable to any Member for any special, indirect, or consequential damages (including damages for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business or loss of opportunity) arising from or in relation to their Club Membership and these Terms & Conditions.

21.1 Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Club may from time to time, where reasonably necessary or if required due to a change in law, change these Terms & Conditions. If the Club changes these Terms & Conditions, you will be bound by those changes, unless you choose to cancel your Club Membership under clause 11.2.

21.2 No increase of fees or changes of benefits

However, the Club represents that it will not during the Term:

(a) increase any of the Club Membership Fees or Player Sponsorship Fees during the Term; and/or

(b) remove or substantially vary any of the benefits associated with the relevant Club Membership or Player Sponsorship during the Term unless expressly permitted to do so under these Terms and Conditions or with the prior consent of the Member or Player Sponsor.

21.3 Communication by Club

The Club will communicate any changes to these Terms and Conditions via the Club website (and if considered necessary, via email to Members). Any changes to these Terms and Conditions are effective from the time of posting the Terms and Conditions on the Club website.

22.1 Read down and severance

Any clause of these Terms and Conditions will be read down to the extent necessary to prevent that clause or these Terms and Conditions being unlawful, invalid, void, or unenforceable. If it is not possible to read down a clause, any part of, or all of, the clause that is unlawful, invalid, void or unenforceable will be severed from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses continue in force.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction in Victoria.

24.1 Definitions and Interpretation

The meanings of the terms used in these Terms and Conditions are as follows:

(a) 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season means an annual fixture of home and away football games between AFL Clubs as specified by the AFL, but excludes the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series;

(b) 2024 NAB AFLW Premiership Season means an annual fixture of home and away football games between AFL Clubs as specified by the AFL, but excludes the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series;

(c) 2025 Toyota AFL Series means the series of football games between the eight most successful AFL Clubs at the completion of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season as specified by the AFL, including the AFL Grand Final;

(d) 2024 NAB AFLW Series means the series of football games between the eight most successful AFL Clubs at the completion of the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season as specified by the AFL, including the AFL Grand Final;

(e) Administration Fee has the meaning given to it in clause 11.2;

(f) AFL means the Australian Football League Ltd ACN 004 155 211;

(g) AFL Club means a football club which has the right of representation in the AFL Competition and the AFLW Competition;

(h) AFL Club Support Member means an AFL Member who has purchased a Club Support Package as part of their AFL Membership;

(i) AFL Competition means the premier’s men’s Australian Rules football competition conducted by the AFL and includes the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2025 Toyota AFL Finals Series;

(j) AFL Member means a person who has purchased an AFL Membership;

(k) AFL Membership means the rights and benefits applicable to the various membership categories specified by the AFL from time to time including gold (AFL Gold Membership), silver (AFL Silver Membership) and bronze levels of memberships, and may also involve the nomination of the Club as their AFL Club of support;

(l) AFLW Competition means the premier women’s Australian Rules football competition conducted by the AFL and includes the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season and the 2025 NAB AFLW Finals Series;

(m) ASF Privacy Policy means the Australian Sports Foundation’s privacy policy available at Privacy Policy - Australian Sports Foundation (asf.org.au);

(n) Auskick Junior Member means a person who has purchased a Auskick Membership;

(o) Auskick Junior Membership means the rights and benefits applicable to the Auskick membership specified by the AFL from time to time, and may also involve the nomination of the Club as their AFL Club of choice;

(p) Australian Sports Foundation means Australian Sports Foundation Ltd ABN 27 008 613 858;

(q) Business Day means a day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in the place where an act is to be performed;

(r) Club App means the Club’s online application;

(s) Club Membership means the rights of Ordinary Members, Life Members and Junior Members under the Club’s Constitution and the additional rights and benefits applicable to the membership category specified in clause 3 which include memberships associated with the AFL Competition (Club AFL Membership) and the AFLW Competition (Club AFLW Membership);

(t) Club Membership Application means the form prescribed by the Club to purchase a new Club Membership;

(u) Club of Support Package means either an AFL Membership or Auskick Junior Membership which involves the nomination of the Club as their AFL Club of support;

(v) Digital Club Membership Card means the digital membership card available from the Club App which provides entry into Venues for games during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season;

(w) Club Membership Fee means the fee payable for a Club Membership specified in clause 3;

(x) Club Membership Card means the physical Club membership card which provides entry to Venues for games during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season;

(y) Companion Card Program means program operated by the Victorian Government which provides a person with significant and permanent disability with a companion card to enable their carer (Companion) to gain free entry into participating venues and events, which includes the Venues (Companion Card);

(z) Constitutional Documents means the Club’s Constitution and any by-laws created under clause 12 of the Club’s Constitution;

(aa) Covid Event means

(i) issue of any law, regulation or directions by any government or governmental agency including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions in relation to or as a result of the Covid Pandemic (Covid Rules);

(ii) any actions, decisions or directions issued by the AFL as a result of the Covid Rules or the Covid Pandemic;

(iii) any actions, decisions, or directions of the operators of Venues as a result of the Covid Rules or the Covid Pandemic; and/or

(iv) any other unforeseeable event in relation to or arising from the Covid-19 Pandemic which is outside the control of the Club;

(bb) Covid Pandemic means the pandemic declared by the World Health Organisation on 11 March 2020 in respect of the Coronavirus disease 2019-nCoV (Covid 19);

(cc) Fulfilment Package means the range of Club merchandise that a Club Member is entitled to select pursuant to the terms of the relevant Club Membership;

(dd) Intellectual Property means all unregistered or registered trademarks, brand names, business names, copyright, designs and any other intellectual property relating to, or in association with, the Club and its operations;

(ee) Junior Members has the same meaning as in the Club’s Constitution;

(ff) Life Members has the same meaning as in the Club’s Constitution;

(gg) Member / you means an Ordinary Member, Life Member and Junior Member;

(hh) Member Code of Conduct means the Club’s Members Code of Conduct available at https://membership.richmondfc.com.au/t-cs and as outlined in clause 13;

(ii) Ordinary Members has the same meaning as in the Club’s Constitution;

(jj) Player Sponsor means a person who has purchased a Player Sponsorship;

(kk) Player Sponsorship means the rights and benefits applicable to the sponsorship of a current:

(i) AFL player (AFL Player Sponsorship) or AFLW player of the Club (AFLW Player Sponsorship); and

(ii) AFL player or AFLW player of the Club by a child (Junior Sponsorship);

(ll) Player Sponsorship Fee means the fee payable for a Club Player Sponsorship;

(mm) Privacy Policy means the AFL and AFL Club Privacy Policy available at htttp://www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, and as it may be updated from time to time;

(nn) Renewal Term means one year starting on 1 November 2025 to 31 October 2025;

(oo) Richmond Member Rewards means the Club’s online platform for the selection of fulfilment package items and other merchandise by Members;

(pp) Roarstore means the Club’s retail store operated online and at the Club’s premises;

(qq) Ticket Agent means an official ticketing merchant for sale of tickets for games of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season and the 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season;

(rr) Strong & Bold Foundation Donation means the relevant donation payable in relation to the Strong & Bold Foundation;

(ss) Strong & Bold Patron means a person who purchases a Strong & Bold Foundation Donation;

(tt) Term has the meaning given in clause 1.4;

(uu) Tiger Pay Payment Plan has the meaning given in clause 9.1.1; and

(vv) Venue means any stadium, facility or ground at which a game of the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or 2025 NAB AFLW Premiership Season is played or an event of the Club is operated, which includes the MCG and Marvel Stadium.

24.2 Interpretation

Unless the contrary intention appears:

(a) the singular includes the plural and vice versa, and words importing a gender include other genders;

(b) a reference to a statute, regulation or provision of a statute or regulation (Statutory Provision) includes all amended or re-enacted Statutory Provisions from time to time, all replacement Statutory Provisions and any other statutory instruments made or issued under that Statutory Provision;

(c) headings are for reference purposes only and must not be used when interpreting this Agreement;

(d) other grammatical forms of words or expressions have corresponding meanings;

(e) the words “including and “includes” are not words of limitation; and

(f) “$” or dollars is a reference to Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise stated.
