For matches at the Swinburne Centre, members must redeem a $0 ticket via Ticketmaster for entry. You cannot scan your Digital Membership Card at the gates, due to the capacity of the Swinburne Centre. To redeem your ticket, simply use your barcode (barcodes have been sent in previous communications) via the above Ticketmaster links above.

For Richmond away games, you can simply scan in your Digital Membership Card for access or redeem a $0 ticket via the home team’s ticketing provider, which changes depending on the home ground.

BARCODES:
Members with AFLW Access will be sent their barcodes via email prior to the on-sale date. They’ll only need their barcodes to redeem tickets for games being played at Swinburne Centre.

Junior Ticket Policy-

• Children aged 0-17 as at 1 January 2024 are eligible to redeem a junior ticket.
• Persons aged 18 and over as at 1 January 2024 are classified as an adult

All general public ticket purchases include a transactional fee of $1.95. Ticketmaster have included this fee for online and in-person (ticket box at games) sales.

Richmond members with AFL access must purchase a general public ticket to have game day access. Alternatively, you can purchase an AFLW Access Membership here.

SWINBURNE CENTRE

• Gate 1 and 3: All other ticketholders will enter via Gates 1 and 3 for GA access
• Jack Dyer Stand/Gate 2: Will only be open for limited accessible seating.
• Scanners will be used at every gate to validate tickets
• Gates will open 1 hour prior to bounce

IKON PARK

• All seating at Ikon Park is general admission. There are no restrictions for members or the general public

Accessible seating can be done online via the Ticketmaster website or by calling TM (1300 446 925).

There is limited accessible seating at Swinburne Centre please organise plans in advance as much as possible.

Redeem a $0 General Admission ticket via Ticketmaster. For Swinburne game days, there will be limited accessible seating via Gate 2.
