6. Eligibility: To be eligible for entry, entrants must be:
(a) adults (aged 18 years or over) who are residents in Victoria; and
(b) a financial member of a 2025 RFC membership; and
(c) on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2025 RFC Membership.
7. Exclusions: The following people are excluded from entering the Promotion:
(a) Either:
(i) children (under the age of 18 years) or
(ii) Residents outside of Victoria
(iii) adults (aged 18 years or over) who are residents of Victoria;
(iv) employees and their immediate family members of RFC.
8. Definitions
(a) 2025 RFC Membership means a membership of the RFC which is subject to 2025 RFC Membership Terms & Conditions (https://membership.richmondfc....);
(b) 2026 RFC Membership means a membership of the RFC which is subject to the then current RFC Membership Terms & Conditions for the renewal term; and
(c) Tiger Pay Payment Plan means the direct debit payment plan (whether monthly or upfront) for the payment of an 2025 RFC Membership.
8. Verification: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity and place of residence). Suitable proof of identification, residency and entry is at the discretion of the Promoter.
9. Tiger Pay Payment Plan: – Automatic Renewal: Each entrant acknowledges and agrees that if they agree to enter into the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2025 RFC Membership as part of this Promotion, that upon renewal of the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for their 2026 RFC Membership the amount of their membership fee will be automatically debited to the RFC for the renewal term unless the entrant advises the RFC otherwise by opting out of renewing via their Tiger Pay Payment Plan. Entrants on the Tiger Payment Plan will be given at least 30 days' notice in writing of their automatic renewal of their membership fee under the Tiger Pay Payment Plan for the renewal term. Entrants may also opt out at any time by contacting RFC membership team on 1300 742 466 or membership@richmondfc.com.au. Refer to RFC Membership Terms & Conditions for opt out information.
12. Disqualification: The RFC reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (eg tampered with the entry process). The RFC’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the RFC to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
11. How to enter: To enter each Promotion, entrants must be a financial member of a RF Membership and on the Tiger Pay Payment Plan before or by the end of the Promotional Period. Entrants can sign up as a member online via membership@richmondfc.com.au or by calling the club on 03 9426 4400. Existing members can request to be put on Tiger Pay Payment Plan by calling the RFC on 03 9426 4400.
12. Entry limit: Entry is limited to one per member per entry
13. Prize: win a spot for you and a friend to enter the 2025 AFL Men’s team photo held at the Swinburne Centre
14. Prize value: The total prize pool is valued between $750 - $1000.
15. Prize draw: The RFC will draw the winner using a random generator. The draw will take place at 100 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, Victoria 3002 on January 20, 2025.
16. The first valid entry drawn will win the Prize.
17. Notification of winner(s): The winner will be notified by telephone and email (using the contact details on their RFC membership account) within 5 days of the Prize Draw Date.
18. Publication of winner(s): The name of winner will be published on www.richmondfc.com.au within 5 days of the Prize Draw Date.
19. Unclaimed Prize: Despite every reasonable effort taken by the Promoter to contact the winner(s), if a Prize remains unclaimed then:
(a) the Prize will be forfeited by that winner;
(b) the Promoter will publish the fact of the unclaimed Prize via direct email to the recipient; and
(c) the Promoter may conduct a re-draw in order to distribute the Prize at 100 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne, Victoria on January 27, 2025. Any winner in the unclaimed prize draw will be notified by notified by phone and their details published on www.richmondfc.com.au within 5 days of the unclaimed Prize draw dates.
20. Final decision: The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision for all Prize(s) in the Promotions is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
21. Substitution of Prize: In the event that a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) in its discretion with an alternative prize (or part of the prize) to similar monetary value, subject to any written directions given by government gaming departments.
22. Additional costs: The Prize(s) do not include transport, and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize(s). These are the responsibility of the winner(s).
23. Non-transferable: All Prize(s)s must be taken as offered. The Prize(s), or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
24. Prize value: Prize values are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.
25. Tax liabilities: Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.

27. Lost entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
28. Internet costs: Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website or any other promotional website or social media platform is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
29. Limitation of liability:
(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion, including the Prize(s).
(b) Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), the Promoter, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize(s) (Loss), including but not limited to:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;
(iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(iv) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(v) any tax liability incurred by any winner;
(vi) any participation or use of any Prize;
(vii) any Loss caused by, or contributed to, by the entrant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or
(viii) any liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.
(c) Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.
Force majeure: If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to:
(d) war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster;
(e) acts of God including fire, lightning, earthquake, explosions, flood, subsidence or other natural disaster;
(f) war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or acts of terrorism;
(g) strikes, lock outs, bans or industrial disputes of any kind (not related solely to the party affected);
(h) epidemics, pandemics biological contamination or public health emergency or any resulting governmental action including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;
(i) acts, directives, orders, laws or regulations of any government or government agency or authority;
(j) computer disruption due to the effects of a virus or other malicious code or equipment malfunction which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; or
(k) the modification, suspension or termination of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season,
the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

32. Type of Personal Information: During the entry process, entrants provide information that identifies them such as name, email address, mobile telephone number, postal address and postcode (Personal Information).
33. Use of Personal Information: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Information provided for the following purposes:
(a) processing the entrant’s entry;
(b) communicating with the entrants about the Promotion;
(c) operating the Promotion; and
(d) determining and awarding Prize.
