General

1. Application of Terms & Conditions: This document contains the terms and conditions of entry (Terms & Conditions) into the Richmond Football Club Round PUMA Drip Drop (Promotion). Other published information on how to enter, advertising material and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms & Conditions. Entry into the Promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the individual (entrant).

2. Promoter: The Promotion is conducted by Richmond Football Club Ltd ABN 25 679 793 340 of Punt Road Oval, Richmond, Victoria 3121 (Premises), membership@richmondfc.com.au, (03) 9426 4400 (Promoter / RFC). The Promotion will be conducted by the Promoter in conjunction with its commercial partner, PUMA Australia PTY LTD ABN 52 050 539 501 (PUMA).

3. Nature of Promotion: To enter and play, the Entrant must be in the arena on the day of the Game and possess or have access to either an Apple mobile device or Android device (each a “Qualified Device”). Message and data rates apply. You agree to incur any and all charges demanded by your service carrier. Not all mobile devices offer wireless Internet access; and wireless Internet access may not be available in all areas. Released Parties are not responsible for in-arena internet access or wi-fi connectivity.

To enter this Promotion, use the camera of your Qualified Device to scan the QR code on the stadium’s videoboard, then click the link that appears. You will be automatically directed to play the Game. To play the Game, follow the steps below.

- Participants will need to grant permission (for the Game) to access their camera.

- Once permission has been granted, Participants must hold and move their phone; and tap on the falling parachutes (for approximately 45 seconds of Game play) to see if a parachute contains a prize. If a parachute does not contain a prize “Is Empty”, the Participant will be prompted to continue to keep on playing. Participants can continue tapping on parachutes until they either win a prize or the Game clock runs out.

- If the Participant clicks on a parachute with a prize, it will show them what they have won and provide instructions on how to redeem their prize. The winner will also need to enter/confirm their email address in order to receive a confirmation letter. If you did not receive a winning message during Game play, you are not a prize winner.

4. Promotional Period: The Promotion commences on 6.30pm (AEST) Thursday, 13 March 2025 and ends at 10.00pm Thursday, 13 March 2025.

5. Receipt of entries: All entries must be received by the Promoter by the end of the Promotional Period. Entries will be deemed to be accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission. Incomplete, inaudible, indecipherable or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid.

ELIGIBILITY

6. Exclusions: The following people cannot enter the Promotion:

(a) The directors, officers, employees of the Promoter and their immediate family members; and

(b) the directors, officer and employees of PUMA Australia PTY LTD ABN 52 050 539 501

7. Verification: The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including the entrant’s identity and place of residence). Suitable proof of identification, residency and entry is at the discretion of the Promoter.

8. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to reject an entry and/or disqualify any entrant who it has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms & Conditions, or engaged in any improper or unlawful misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion (eg tampered with the entry process). The Promoter's legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from any offender(s) are reserved. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

ENTRY

9. How to enter: To enter the Promotion entrants must scan the QR code displayed on the big screen during the pre-game promotion period of Richmond Football Clubs round 1 match against Carlton Football Club on Thursday 13th match at 7.45pm.[1]

13. Notification of winner: Winners will be notified once they have collected the

14. Unclaimed Prize(s): If the Richmond Football Club is unable to make contact with the winner within 48 hours of their entry being selected and announced, then:

(a) the Prize will be forfeited by that winner;

(b) the Promoter may conduct a re-draw in order to distribute the Prize(s) the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the prize will be re-awarded to the next random entry.

15. Final decision: The Promotion is a game of chance. The Promoter’s decision for all Prize(s) in the Promotions is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

16. Substitution of Prize(s): In the event that a Prize (or part of a Prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or part of the Prize) in its discretion with an alternative prize (or part of the prize) to similar monetary value, subject to any written directions given by government gaming departments.

17. Additional costs: The Prize does not include transport, accommodation, travel insurance, visas, spending money, all meals and beverages, and other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.

18. Non-transferable: All Prize(s)s must be taken as offered. The Prize(s), or any unused portion of the prizes, are not transferable or exchangeable or redeemable for cash. The Prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

19. Prize values: Prize values are in Australian dollars and are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of publication. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the Prize.

20. Tax liabilities: Winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their Prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their Prize.

21. Additional conditions: It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the winner(s) must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize(s) and the Prize supplier’s requirements. For those Prizes that are in the form of:

(a) ticket, voucher, pass: redemption and use of that Prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the ticket, voucher or pass by the service provider. The Promoter will not be liable for any ticket, voucher or pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way;

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

22. Lost entries: The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any late, lost or misdirected entries.

23. Internet costs: Any cost associated with accessing the Promoter’s website or any other promotional website or social media platform is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

24. Limitation of liability:

(a) To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any goods or services offered as part of the Promotion, including the Prize(s).

(b) Except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law), the Promoter, its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss (whether direct, indirect, special or consequential loss), damage, claim, injury, cost or expense, which is suffered or incurred by any individual in connection with the Promotion or the awarding or use of the Prize(s) (Loss), including but not limited to:

(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction of any communication or internet system which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference which are beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control;

(iii) any entry or Prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;

(iv) any variation in Prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;

(v) any tax liability incurred by any winner;

(vi) any participation or use of any Prize(s);

(vii) any Loss caused by, or contributed to, by the entrant’s breach of these Terms & Conditions or negligence; and/or

(viii) any liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion.

(c) Nothing in these conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia.

25. Force majeure: If this Promotion is interfered with in any way, or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to:

(d) war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster;

(e) acts of God including fire, lightning, earthquake, explosions, flood, subsidence or other natural disaster;

(f) war, insurrection, civil disorder, military operations or acts of terrorism;

(g) strikes, lock outs, bans or industrial disputes of any kind (not related solely to the party affected);

(h) epidemics, pandemics biological contamination or public health emergency or any resulting governmental action including mandatory business or workplace closures, work stoppages, full or partial lockdown, quarantines, border closures and travel restrictions;

(i) acts, directives, orders, laws or regulations of any government or government agency or authority;

(j) computer disruption due to the effects of a virus or other malicious code or equipment malfunction which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion; or

(k) the modification, suspension or termination of the 2024 AFL Premiership Season,

the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.

PRIVACY

26. Protecting Personal Information: The Promoter is committed to protecting the privacy of the entrants’ personal information.

27. Type of Personal Information: During the entry process, entrants provide information that identifies them such as name, email address, mobile telephone number, date of birth and postcode.

28. Use of Personal Information: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter’s use of their Personal Information provided for the following purposes:

(a) processing the entrant’s entry;

(b) communicating with the entrants about the Promotion;

(c) operating the Promotion;

(d) determining and awarding Prize(s);

(Purposes)

29. Disclosure of Personal Information: The Promoter may disclose such Personal Information to third parties, including but not limited to related entities, agents, contractors, service providers and Prize suppliers for those Purposes, unless the Promoter is otherwise advised. The Promoter requires such third parties to comply with Australian privacy laws that apply to the entrants’ Personal Information. The prize winner’s Personal Information may be disclosed to State and Territory, regulatory authorities, including lottery departments as required by law.

30. Failure to provide Personal Information: If an entrant does not provide the requested Personal Information, then this may prevent the registration of the entrant in the Promotion.

31. Marketing: By entering this Promotion, entrants also consent to the Promoter using the Personal Information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes of the Promoter including communicating with entrants about the Promoter’s future competitions, offers or event news in any form of media (including sending electronic messages such as email or SMS or telephoning the entrant), unless entrants opt out of receiving such communications by either:

(i) clicking on the unsubscribe link or opt out code provided in the communication; or

(ii) contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at privacy.officer@richmondfc.com.au or a Club representative at membership@richmondfc.com.au.

32. Privacy Policy: The RFC Privacy Policy, available at www.richmondfc.com.au/privacy, contains further details regarding how the Promoter uses and handles personal information including how entrants can access or correct information held about them; how they can make a privacy related complaint; how that complaint will be dealt with; and the extent to which the entrants’ information may be disclosed to overseas recipients.

33. Opt-in to receive Sponsor marketing communications: Entrants may opt in to receive direct marketing communications from the Sponsor in relation to its products or services or other promotional purposes by ticking the “opt in” box on the entry page. Where the entrant has consented to receiving direct marketing communications from the Sponsor, the Promoter may share the personal information with the Sponsor and the Sponsor may use such Personal Information to engage in direct marketing with the entrant, and may disclose the entrant’s personal information to its related entities and contractors for such purposes. Should entrants not want their details provided to the Sponsor for direct marketing purposes, they should not tick the “opt in” box. 34. Consent to use details of winners: By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without any remuneration for the purpose of promoting future similar promotions and any products or services of the Promoter.

36. No endorsement by social media platforms: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social media platform. Entrants provide their information to the Promoter.
